I went there today to Tool Rentals and Felix took care of my issue in a way that made clear to me why I prefer Home Depot over any other store : customer satisfaction. I will not go over details, suffice to say that I am old enough to distinguish different kinds of store philosophies towards the customer, and this is the best I have found.Thank you guys.
