This week my husband spilled minestrone soup on our one year old light colored Salinas rug. Having had a positive experience in the past with John at JC Carpets who, at that time, got a large red wine stain out of a yellow wool rug, I contact him again. By the next morning, he called and made an appointment for that afternoon. John went to work immediately on the stain trying method after method on the stubborn orange stain. While waiting for a positive outcome after applying a certain chemical, John cleaned our two yellow wool carpets thoroughly. After one hour the stain had lightened measurably. John left with the hope that the lightening of the stain would continue overnight which it did. By morning, the stain was gone. We have been saved once again by John. We highly recommend JC Carpets. John does excellent work.

John did an amazing job on my white couches. I had a lot of stains from my dog which John removed. I would highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

I found the guy who came to my house was very rude. Kept going on about how dirty my couch was, over and over again. How soiled it was. Why do you think I had you come? All you had to do is tell me that the stains would be hard to get out. Not go on and on about how bad they were. And then did the same thing when he looked at my carpets! Very unprofessional, I would never recommend them to anyone or use them again.
