I reserved a vehicle here. Both my wife and I took time off from work to pick it up. When we arrived they told us they didnt have any vehicles for us. There was one vehicle there and although we had a reservation and were present they said they were reserving the vehicle for someone who was not there. The heavy set woman at the counter was incredibly rude.

Apparently making a reservation doesnt mean a thing. I booked my vehicle almost 3 weeks in advance. When I showed up it was completely packed with a line of people. I didnt even speak to anyone at the counter until 8:45 and my reservation was 8. It was an absolute shamble. Finally 45 minutes later once I was able to talk to someone they tell me they dont even have the vehicle I reserved. Now my trip will have to be postponed. I will never rent from Enterprise ever again.
