I was very disappointed this visit. I have gone there before and was very pleased. This visit I purchased the most expensive wash. $55. Really wanted a thorough cleaning. Totally emptied my car. Nothing in the way so they could work. The vacuum job was poor . I could have done better myself. At the end for the wipe and dry they again did a poor job. Windows were left streaked and didnt even bother to do the tops. Previous visits they worked to remove any marks on the car. Not talking about scratches. Those nasty little black marks. They have a special cleaner that does a great job. Didnt even work at that. And for $55 I really thought it would be a spectacular job. Think I will be trying a different car wash.

They have these cheap unlimited monthly plans that increases your wait time, very poor quality service and are always short on staff. Completely unsatisfied. Most of the community is now going to Miracle Hand Wash. No machines to scratch your cars, very attentive to detail and much faster. I don’t have time to waste my valuable.

My car has looked good when washed here but Id warn against using the mobile app. They will charge you even when you freeze your account temporarily.

My weatherman mats were missing. When I returned owner showed me video and said DNR one must have stolen them after car wash??? I won’t go back ever. But if u do make sure u have correct mays before u leave. EM

I think that this wash is amazing and the new equipment is amazing and I hope that other people love it. I cant speak for others but what I do know is that the new layout reminds me of Personal Touch Car Wash of Elwood as the mitter is the last part of the tunnel. I wish I could stay in the car while traveling through.

This is the first time I’m ever writing a bad review Bc this place upset me. I will never use this car wash again ... not only do they miss obvious areas that are dirty, they ruined my center console, now it doesn’t slide properly…and they left a shopping bag that was on the floor on my black leather seats …. the bag melted and now I have white paint marks all over my new car seats. If you have a new car be careful with this place . Idc how busy it is, cars are expensive and they should be treated with care

The man working the line told me not to go and to let the car in the other line pass I tried to explain that I was there first but he kept telling the other car to go. When I explained that I was first he didn’t seem to care. I left. Unprofessional and unorganized. Ridiculous

Long time user and customer wont be going back unfortunately. After years of excellent service, management decided to just pack as many people in as they can and burn the guys out. Usually too crowded, too long await, and the guys are so exhausted that the job that they do is now inferior. Unless they return to getting away from unlimited washes, and also to selling the passes that I can buy that I can use whenever I want to, Ill be looking for another car wash. Itkind of sad to me cuz they always did such a great job. The tall blonde guy is no longer there, at least I never see him anymore. He ran that place like clockwork.

The people here are really nice and do a great job of cleaning your carThe pay attention to detail and your car comes out looking like it was in the showroom. They have a great monthly plan that pays for itself after two washes.

I like this place a lot. The guys who do the washing are kind and quick, they have first responder discounts, you can tell people trust them because you see a lot of very nice and expensive cars coming here and theres basically always a line. I usually go to Texas car wash in Island Park just because its closer to home but after going there yesterday and being very patient, yet literally completely ignored, I went out of my way to come here instead. My car looks great...except for the glass. All of my mirrors and windows have a horrible haze on them, the kind that you bring your car to the car wash to get rid of, not to have put on! I guess they used the wrong rag or it had too much product on it, so Ill just have to give it another wipe down myself. A bit of an inconvenience, but it wont keep me from returning.

I purchased the deluxe exterior & this was the worst possible car was. Below are a few examples of the dirt still all on the underside of my doors, they didn’t try mirrors & water spots were left. Not to mention, soap still left in random places on the car. This really was a zero effort job done by employees; when their were hardly any customers.

Owner is rude! Paid for a 12 pack of gold washes not the first time as I work around the corner. Due to pandemic I have not been in my office regularly. Came in with the last coupon of the set and was told it expired. Girl behind the counter said it should’ve have a 1 year expiration and was written as 6 months so it was wrong and she would check with owner. Owner came out was rude. Didn’t look in book said it’s expired and “he had his own problems” and walked away.

Usually get the $35 car wash . Quality has dropped off over the last few months. Just went over the weekend. Not only did they miss a few spots, but I have scratches and swirl marks all over the drive side of my car now.

I had a junky old car that I brought in to be detailed. My expectations were fairly low but when they brought the car out to me I could hardly believe my eyes. It looked like a completely different vehicle. I am so pleased and impressed with the service we received. Well worth the money!

Dropped off my car for a complete detailing job. They had it done in 4hrs. That was great. What wasnt great was when I got there I looked over the car and they had missed multiple spot on the car. They took it for another half hour and when I inspected again I still had to show them where to clean. For $190 + tip it got me mad. Also took another 15 mins to show them what to do.On a good note they shampoo the interior carpet really well.

I love, love, love Oceanside Car Wash. The customer service is impeccable. They take really good care of my ride each time always staying consistent with the services they offer. I drive pass 3-5 car wash because of all the reasons I just mentioned.

I have a work truck and just wanted the basic... outside wash, inside vacuumed and just a wipe down... they didn’t vacuum I guess because there was some loose change on the floor and I ran my finger across the dash of my truck and it still has dirt....I might of only spent 23 bucks but it was a complete waste I might as well just grabbed a rag and did it myself I’m not one to complain so I just left disappointed.

They air dry your car finishing touch is always the best.

Ive been here before and typically Id say its about 4 stars but stopped and the day before Easter to get an exterior only wash and what I got was I lack luster service by the person drying my car. Soap all over didnt even wipe down the outside of the windows I grabbed a rag and did it myself. I told the guy that was in charge and he came over and sent the man back but he didnt do a dam thing. I had to be somewhere so I couldnt complain anymore decided to leave not sure if Ill be going there or up the block

My car was in dire need of cleaning and the folks were enroute along my travels. The lines are always moving along, the boys are friendly and thorough and my car never looked so good. I read particularly impressed at the care they took when removing my floor mats, as theyre hooked in (and another wash place had already damaged my driver mat which cost me $400 b/c i had to actually repair the carpeting! ) so i loved how careful they were to disengage the catches before removing them to clean and shampoo.

Nice place car comes out clean the staff does a good job with the rest of the car I have no issues.

I got a car wash 3 weeks ago, I didnt check my car before I left, and that was a big mistake. Just now, this time when I checked my car, I paid for a #3 and received a negative 2. Their is crumbs all over the car when you push the seats backwards the crumbs are underneath. Even after showing the manager that they did poorly, he had the men try again. What is so hard to vacuum and wipe down, I dont understand, why between my seats are their crumbs?? I was running late and had to leave. Crumbs everywhere time for new staff. I doubt Ill ever come back . I would have put no stars but thats not an option. I just took a few pictures, my car doesnt look like I paid anything to get it cleaned. My birthday is Tomorrow Im going to have guests in my car, and be mortified. NOT OKAY

Ordered a premium exterior wash, once my truck came out it was just sitting there as the porters seemed too busy to towel dry the truck. So I actually towel dried my truck myself. The guy then tried to put the tire shine on with the tires still completely wet. What made it worse was everytime he shined the tire he would lean on the truck with his hand that had the tire gel on it. On top of all of that they left the markings on the windshield of which wash to get. Had to wash my truck myself when I got home as there was no difference. This is unacceptable. Why offer a convenient service to charge people for if you don’t live up to your end of the deal?

I almost never get my car washed because how my car looks isnt something thats important to me. I go here when the gas station gives me a free car wash voucher with my oil change. That being said, Ive found that they put in more effort here than the place on the corner down the road; at least when theres no one behind you in line and they have time to waste. They got dirt cleaned off that I just assumed had become a permanent part of the paint job.

I paid extra for services that they half ass. My side mirrors are still full of ice and dirt. My grill still has ice and dirt. I ask the guys to clean I.T and they tell me it’s clean. I got #3 so they could vacuum the front and there’s still dirt there. Save your money ! Not worth the $30
