I was so impressed with this facility. I came in for a standard and required covid test before a schedule c-section; and in the process, we discovered a few high blood pressure readings. The staff there went above and beyond to ensure it wasnt preeclampsia- which made the all the difference. Im so grateful for their careful counsel and thoughtful approach. Well done!

Be very careful with this urgent when dealing with Covid. It feels like they’re taking their medical advice right from main stream media. They have the audacity to tell patients no other medicine works other then the vaccine. They tell patients that medicines like monoclonal antibodies, hydroxchloroquine and ivermectin don’t work and that’s it’s just a right wing conspiracy. It’s beyond the pale especially since so much overwhelming evidence is now available contradicting their dangerous and false advice. There’s now so much evidence to the contrary that not prescribing these meds for a take home Covid treatment protocol should be criminal. These meds sit on the FDA approval list as two of the safest drugs on the market with a higher safety profile then baby aspirin and Tylenol. They’ve had FDA approval for over 60 years. This isn’t a conspiracy, it’s fact, look it up. Even if they help just one person, saving just one life isn’t it worth it? NY’s only other alternative is here’s an antibiotic, and an inhaler and good luck. If you can’t breath go to the hospital. Being in Florida, I have so many friends and colleagues who’ve gotten Covid and they’re prescribed those special meds early disease and they feel better in just a few days. My doctor is from South Africa and the first thing she did was prescribe me hydroxchloroquine just for my shelf. She’s been treating Covid since January 2020 and prescribing hydroxchloroquine for 20 years for malaria. These doctors arent doing their job. Seek out doctors with an open mind, who are willing to do the research and review all the science, not just the science mainstream media wants you to believe.

My 17 year old daughter went in for a Covid test because she had a cough and a light fever. The Nurse Practioner asked her if she was vaccinated yet and when she told her she was not, the nurse was adimant that it was definately covid, took a rapid test and came back into the room and told her it was positive. She never showed my wife or my daughter the results.On top of that she humiliated them by walking them out and telling them she had to clear the room and made all the people stand aside as they walked out like they had the plague.When I heard the story from my wife who was deeply upset along with my daughter I had a concierge doctor perform a rapid test just 6 hours later and it was negative. He was professional enough to share the results and review them. Also took a PCR test.To get to my point, you really should look into this unprofessional Person and treat people with better bedside manners and respect. Vaccine or no vaccine, sickness or no sickness people deserve to be treated with respect, especially children.

I don’t know what I would do without Northwell Urgent Care nearby. The staff is always so friendly and, professional, and understanding to all of my needs. Frank, the PA always makes me feel comfortable and takes time to address my issues, even when there are many other patients to attend to. In this day and age, with everything that is going on, I know that Northwell Urgent Care is always there for me. I only wish that they were available as personal physicians for regular care. The nurse practitioner or whoever did my examination was extremely unprofessional, when done listening to my chest no information was given(next day i had to go for chest X-ray, she said I had a wax build up in my ears and offered no help/or administered any service or care and did not refer me to someone to help. I went here to try something different from city md, but even at city mds worst they were never as bad or unprofessional as these guys. Just here for your copay. Def not a Dr on staff, and place has no leadership or pride in their work. Sad to say the least

Went in for a Covid-19 tests and was charged $380 for Facility fees. Unless this was written in some very fine print, I was not made aware of these extra charges. Had I been aware I would not have gone. I did not have to pay anything at any other urgent care I have been tested at. I have been trying to call the office but have not gotten any response. Be very mindful of these hidden fees. $380 to have my nose swabbed seems ridiculous, especially when I have good insurance!

The nurse that did my covid test was really nice and gentle, and the doctor who came into see me was very warm, and explained everything to me.

What a great staff. This was my best experience I have ever had at an office . Courteous, caring, understanding and patient with me and all my concerns. I made an appointment and was seen when the appointment was made . Didn’t have to wait hours like other offices. I highly recommend this office over any other.

No covid results. My results were never posted from November 11, 2020.I came on to Chek my patient portal tonight, January 20, 2021 and it still says no results.Was my test lost? The worst of it is, noone returned my call. This is the worst service Ive received in out patient care.

I went to Northwell Health urgent care in Oceanside experiencing shortness of breath and tightness in my chest. PA Frank examined me and advised me to go to the emergency room. He offered to call me an ambulance, but I declined and went home. While I was home I was thinking about the discussion we had about my diagnosis and realized that he was right and I should go to the emergency room. I ended up being admitted into the hospital for five nights due to multiple bilateral pulmonary embolisms.I called Northwell Health urgent care facility in Oceanside snd spoke with PA Frank to update him on my condition. He expressed that he was relieved that I was in the hospital. PA Frank and the staff are very professional and I highly recommend this location.

My experience with Northwell health was very good. The staff was courteous. No discrimination. Anyone will feel like home. I will recommend anyone who wants to go there.

One of the worst urgent cares to go to for Covid-19 Testing. I took my test July 14, 2020 and 13 days later have still not received results. i had recently come into contact with someone who tested positive but that didn’t matter to this urgent care. They took their time sending in my test and have not cooperated with me to try and find out what happened to my test. While on the phone with one of their employees trying to find out what happened to my test i was given the number for the lab and rudely hung up on. Very unprofessional work place

I would highly recommend this location very caring and clean taking this virus very seriously to make sure all the patients are safe very quick with results of test also

What an amazing Doctor and staff. The doctor went above and beyond. My husband had an accident. The doctor seeing that besides the badly cut up finger he had severed the tendon also. He contacted an orthopedic surgeon for us and made arrangements for the surgeon to meet us at the hospital. Thanks to his incredible deed, my husband was able to get the surgery needed immediately. Front desk receptionist was lovely - polite & informative. I saw Gerlyn and she was also lovely. She was warm, friendly and thorough. I was happy not to have to wait long, and was also impressed with the cleanliness.

Went to their office on Long Beach Rd in Oceanside on Thanksgiving day with cut that needed stitches. I dont think I waited 5 minutes before being seen by the doctor. I dont remember the doctors name but she was very thorough and did a great job stitching my finger. I also found out my blood pressure was high and the doctor wrote me a prescription for my blood pressure. I was back at the dinner table in an hour enjoying my Thanksgiving. Thank you Northwell and Dr. I forgot your name, sorry, you and your staff were great.

Such a friendly atmosphere and super knowledgeable staff. The PA was extremely detailed in her explanation and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She alleviated my stomach issues by providing me with the right care and medicine then followed up personally with me the next day! Highly Highly recommend!!!

This is without a doubt the best urgent care facility I have ever visited. I have been to several in Suffolk County when I lived there and even one in Nassau not long ago, but when I had an emergency and needed a knowledgeable professional, I was very comforted by the fact that I found Go Health in Oceanside.
