Very hard to get in touch with. The inspector that came was very nice, called over and over to try and get a second spray down at our house, finally got them to answer. They are nice, just seems like it’s poorly ran.

BEST PEST CONTROL I HAVE EVER USED. living on a golf course I run into literally everything and anything you can think of. K&M was knowledgeable, efficient, organized, and affordable. I will never go anywhere else. The customer service and technician were kind, honest and helpful throughout the entire process. I am someone who likes to understand what and why they are doing something to learn and use later. Not only did they answer all my questions but offered to come back for further inspections at no cost. I am glad I chose to call them as I was lucky, they were the only one to answer and respond to all of my calls, texts and voicemails. Contacted a month ago based on a referral. After hearing nothing called back. This time I received a call within a day. They only have one tech for termite quotes so I booked a couple weeks out. The tech was super friendly and informative. Checked everything out and said hed email me a quote by the end of the next day. A week later after hearing nothing I called again. I got a call back after hours by a very friendly lady. When you talk to staff they are nice, but they didnt even have any of my information in their system. Supposedly they were going to talk to the tech to get my quite back to me, but Im not holding my breath. Hopefully its a fluke, but be wary of actually getting any service. Good luck!

The tech who came in was very thorough. He even came back twice to make sure the ant baits worked.

I was very pleased with their services. I felt very comfortable with Edward coming into my home. He was professional, considerate, kind and experienced. Although it ends up I have kitchen beetles vs bed bugs, I am extremely please he could educate us and identify them. I will definitely be using their services from now on. 👍

I cant say enough about how great K & M Pest Solutions has been. Such nice people. I recently moved to Oceanside and had a major spider problem. Edward came over and cleaned everything up, sprayed and even played with my two crazy dogs. Amber was so helpful scheduling the appointment quickly (next day!). Ive used this company for over 5 years now and they always go out of their way to help me with ants, snakes, mice, and other critters. I had Robert out on Friday and he was extremely friendly and had great customer service. I definitely recommend their services!
