I contacted Nick from Pappas brothers upon a recommendation from a friend. We recently purchased our home, but my wife was not satisfied with the size of the dining room (eat in kitchen) in our cape. So we decided to convert our garage in to a formal dining room. Nick was upfront and professional from day 1. He walked us through the construction process and answered all of our questions. No one likes the process of construction, but it went as seamlessly as possible. Now that it is all done we love the results. We have a beautiful new dining room to host our family and friends. Pappas Bros. did an outstanding job installing a large Anderson bay window and siding to the front of our home. We then hired them to replace our kitchen and hallway tile. We were not happy with the quality of the tile instalation. After the job was completed it looked to us like short cuts were taken. The tiling job fell well short of our expectations. We were very disappointed.

Nick at Pappas Bros was great. He is a consummate professional and is really knowledgable about all areas of construction. After being taken advantage of by 3 other roofers, we were VERY skeptical of hiring yet another contractor who may potentially rip us off. Nick was prompt and on time for our estimate, which set a good precedent. When we decided to use his company (after getting SIX other estimates) he was able to squeeze us in quickly and started the job on time. Communication was great, as this was outside work and weather dependent. He was there every time he said he would be, and they actually completed the job a day early! There were no hidden fees and the price he quoted us was exactly what the total cost came to be. I was nervous that the cost would keep rising, but he kept us abreast every step of the way of how the work was going and the issues they were finding. Im glad we went with Pappas Bros, and we would use them again in a heartbeat Highly recommended.

We completely gutted and redid our kitchen with the help of Nick at Pappas Bros. He did an incredible job, and fixed any issue that we brought up. He made sure we were happy with our final product. He takes pride in what he does and is a genuinely good person. Thanks Nick.

While we had some issues about timing the project, the work was excellent. Nick has a great deal of knowledge about every aspect of construction as well as design. He guided us correctly. Additionally, after the job was done, we found a small problem and he was quick to have it remedied. We were very impressed.
