Dryer was giving a flow error on a Sunday evening, contacted Nicks Monday ~ 9AM, they had someone at my house my ~11AM, the work was done quickly, everything was clean and the dryer was working again an hour later, really appreciate the quick response, friendly service and professional work

I had Eddie and Raul come out to clean our dryer vents because we were getting an error on our dryer. Turns out my roof dryer vent was built over and is blocked with wood 😑. Nicks Dryer Vent Cleaning is absolutely wonderful and I would give them 10 stars if it was an option on Google reviews.My son and I were cleaning our dryer vent and the brush came off the extension and was stuck deep in the vent. After two days of trying on my own including endoscopic camera, drain snakes, etc... I called Nick. Nick promptly returned my call, made time to stop by, and he was able to remove the brush in about 10 minutes. Note this was also right before Christmas so Nick went above and beyond to help us out when folks were winding down for the holidays. Great service from Nicks Dryer Vent Cleaning. Very professional and knowledgeable personnel came out to clean our condos dryer vent located on the 2nd floor. As requested, they took a picture of the lint they cleaned out from our dryer vent. They informed us how often a vent should be cleaned out, and they indicated a reminder would be sent out to us when it needs to be doe again. I would highly recommend this company.

Called Nicks as we were getting an error code on our dryer that said there was not enough ventilation. Our dryer vent run is over 30 feet, so it was somewhat challenging to navigate. I wish we had called Nicks before we attempted this ourselves - would have saved a bunch of time and money. They were professional, responsive and did an amazing job. You cant go wrong with these guys - they are phenomenal.

My dryer vent was put together poorly from the previous home owner. He put a coupling to connect the vent properly and reattached the strap holding the duct up to the ceiling. Not sure what dryer vent cleaning goes for, but I was more than satisfied with the service received and would recommend Nicks to anyone in need of having their dryer vent cleaned.

This is an unbiased review. I typically do not leave opinions for businesses however was compelled to do so for this company. My brother in law is a firefighter and recommend we have our dryer vents cleaned every 1-2 years to prevent a fire hazard. As such, we have had various vent cleaning companies out to clean our dryer vents only to be underwhelmed. Although they may charge a little more, I decided to go with this company considering they had great reviews. Fortunately we did as we had issues with our dryer that wound up being unrelated to our vent. Nick and his staff went above and beyond their call of duty on numerous occasions pertaining to this particular job and helped figure out what the source of the problem was. Had dryer problems for weeks, with several service calls even though I had a good idea it was a venting problem. However, the sensor on my 3-year old LG dryer was bad so the diagnostics said the vent was clear. Further, the inside vent hose up to the outside exit point was replaced. Now totally frustrated, I googled local dryer vent cleaning services. Nicks had great reviews, so I gave them a call. Nick got back to me within an hour or so, gave me an appointment 2 days later and then fit me in the next day. My job was a tough one as Im up in a third floor condo and have stacking washer/dryer in a small closet with little room to work around it. They quickly discovered a large birds nest completely blocking the outside vent. After about an hour of hard work, voila! My dryer finally works again! I was referred to Nick by an acquaintance, who told me about the high quality work he did in cleaning the vents in her house. I contacted Nick and made an appointment for the work to be done. I used Nick at my townhome to clean the vent when the clothes were not drying. He pulled out a trash can full of lent.
