Only have wonderful things to say about Major League, a family company I was recommended by a neighbor. My furnace broke down right before New Years and I called Major League for assessment of the system. Liam was very courteous, clearly presenting options for fixing and replacement, while not putting any pressure on me for decision. He was available for follow-up questions, which helped me make the decision to replace my 20-year-old furnace. Major League was more up front than other companies I contacted, with prices very reasonable and on par with other bids. Anthony, Liam, and the rest of the team (JR, Andres, and DJ) were very professional on install day, working diligently to finish the project within the allotted time. Anthony and Liam came out often to check on the install progress, keeping me up to date throughout the day. The system works great, and the team at Major League has been happy to answer questions after the fact. A great company!

After getting a handful of quotes for our ductless A/C units we decided to go with Major League Comfort Systems and were extremely pleased. Very friendly and punctual, however we had a VERY simple problem. Pilot light on water heater wouldnt light. They charged us 300$ for what took about 5 min to fix. Pretty lame policy.

Major League is truly major league. Wow this is the best air conditioner company ever. I have lived in my house over 30yrs and for the first time ever I know why my house only get cold in certain rooms. My furnace went out last week and I called Major League Comfort System. Spoke to a very nice lady on the phone Jeannie. To my surprise was able to schedule someone to come out right away. Anthony and his assistance Marley were the technicians that came out and both were so thorough. Went over the issue, gave me a couple options and both of them were very professional. I never knew we should have our furnace maintenance like we would our vehicles at least ever couple of years if not every year before winter season starts, just depending on how much we use it. They removed our old outdated heating unit from a hallway closet and then put the new unit in the attic! This gave us back some much needed extra storage space in the hallway! They also made a larger attic entrance so that we can use our attic for storage as well! Lastly they added another vent to our master closet! This added comfort has been very much appreciated as well! Overall from start to finish this company was wonderful to work with. We were cold and frustrated with our old unit and now we are warm and happy wishing we would have done it a lot sooner. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family!

Today, MLCSHAC (indeed a handful to say) came to repair my Bryant gas furnace originally installed in 2002. From the beginning of my interaction with this company to the completion of the work, I would say its 4.5 star ratings/reviews on Yelp is most deserved, if not more.First, the appointment scheduling was prompt and easy with the owners wife detailing the anticipated costs and how soon the service person would arrive (2-4 hours later on the same day of the call), which he did, close to an hour before the business closing time.On arrival, Justin was very cordial and friendly. I showed him the location of the Bryant gas furnace up the ceiling and told him what occurred that precipitated the request for service. He said that he had an idea of what was the cause. He did diagnostics work on the furnace and explained in detail what he was doing, as I was watching him do his work. I am a DIY-type of person and wanted to know the details of a repair and he was very accommodating.We had a very engaging conversation over the quality of work of the original gas furnace installation that another company did and he basically echoed out my complaints. I found out that he was 23-years-old, a college drop-out because he wanted to go to work in the line of work he was already in. I inquired if he knew he was a millennial and surprisingly, he said that he was and said that he did not necessarily subscribe to what millenials think and do! I was flabbergasted that a young person like Justin even knew the term. It just went to show how Informed he was and dedicated to his work, even telling me what he did to enhance his technical knowledge.He finished the work to my complete satisfaction. The cost was less than what I expected it to be considering the completion hour of the day. All the while, he was engaging, frank, honest, upfront, etc. and did not hurry because of the past-business hour he was working under.I would definitely use this company again... all because of my experience with the 2 persons I had the pleasure of dealing with.
