Recently had Nick and his crew install a roof. I have used Action Creations on two separate properties and was very pleased with the value and quality of work both times. I received a reasonable quote and the work was started before the estimated start time given. The roofing crew arrived on time and I saw many of the same faces from an installation two years ago (good sign!). The roof replaced was decades old and had lots of angles; not the easiest job. Work was completed in one day and the attention to detail was very evident. Crew was pleasant, efficient and worked hard all day. Property was left clean and debris free. Only evidence that they had been at property was beautiful new roof. I am very happy with the job done and would use Action Creations again.

I had damage to my home from the high wind storm of April 2020. I interviewed several companies in the area that are highly advertised on the radio and others that are more low key. The businesses that you hear often on the radio were professional but very aggressive in their sales pitch. They all asked if this was an insurance claim prior to providing me an estimate.Nick from Action Roofing and Siding came on time for my estimate. Provided me a written quote THEN ASKED if insurance was involved. It did not matter to him, the price for the job was not changing.I liked Nick’s open, honest, down to earth transparent style. He made me feel like I was talking to a friend.Because my job was part of an insurance claim, they had an adjuster evaluate the damage to my home. Nick explained to me that it may be in my best interest to look into hiring a claims adjuster myself. He explained it as if I was in a car accident and only 1 party lawyered up. As the homeowner I do mot know how to read my policy thoroughly. He suggested I look into it because the adjuster knows exactly what I may be entitled to.I did look into it and hired an insurance adjuster to represent me. Guess what happened?!! The universe blessed me! I was entitled to have my entire siding replaced!! I thank God for honest hard working guys like Nick!There were times when Nick did not answer or return phone calls when he said he would. This can get frustrating on the homeowner’s side. But when a storm with the magnitude to cause so much damage to so many hones, we need to be understanding that he is human and can only do so much in a day. He manages the crews, does estimates and invoicing. It is a lot!I drive Nick a little crazy because I could not decide on color for my siding based on a 1 inch square. So Nick gave me some addresses of the color choices in question to drive by to get a better idea. That extra effort was just what I needed.The crew showed up on time. Work continuously and cleaned up along the way! My roof was torn off, replaced and cleaned up in 1 day! They came at 7:30 and left at 9:30. Nick even cane back in the morning to make sure there were no missed nails that needed to be picked up.My house looks totally different! I love it! My neighbors love it! I have had a very strange experience with this company. They came out inspected my roof then they have ghosted for the last 4 weeks. I have reached out several times via txt, phone, and email but received minimal response.Originally I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it can be a busy time of year. But a few times when I did connect with someone they would say we will call you right back or get back to you shortly.At this point I will move on to other provider.

We had few shingles that was damaged due to the storm and strong wind back in April 2020. I called 3 different companies and Vinny was the fastest one to respond and to come by to inspect the damages. Vinny and his staff were professional and did a great job replacing our entire roof. Their price was reasonable as well. Vinny was friendly and was easy to deal with the whole process. They finished in a day and a half. They did a great job cleaning the mess as well. We noticed a small hole on one of our shutters and Vinny acted quick on it and he’s in the process of replacing it. Many posters recommended Nick at Action Creations and we were exceptionally pleased with his proposal and communication before, during and after job completion. Prior to the roofing job we had some minor siding damage caused by the wind storms this spring. Nick took care of that issue as well finding an almost perfect match for missing siding pieces and ensuring the rest of the siding was secure. As homeowners we trust that a quality roofing job will be completed as proposed and Nick stands behind his work. Although every precaution was taken to protect the sides of the house during tear off there were some screens torn in the process. We lost some roof shingles and fascia in April 2020 during an intense wind storm. I called around to a couple different local roofing and siding companies, and Nick at Action Creations was by far the most responsive. He was out to do the estimate by the end of the week as promised, and work was completed the following week. There was a minor issue with the fascia repair, and that was corrected within days. They matched our shingles perfectly, cleaned up, and everything looks like nothing happened. I couldnt be happier!

Our chimney flashing was not correctly sealed and was leaking into out attic space. Action Creations assessed the issue the same day as we contacted their company. Their secretary/dispatcher was courteous and knowledgeable. Vinny accurately diagnosed the problem upon his initial inspection. He returned the following day to fix the issue. Action Creations Roofing & Siding did a GREAT job on my new roof. The gave me a very fair price and used quality material. Their crew was very professional & efficient, they showed up early and made sure to protect my shrubs in the front of my house & my AC unit from damage as they took off the old shingles. They made sure that the paper from the bundled shingles did not blow all over the neighborhood. When they were done our new roof looked beautiful. They made sure to pick up all the old nails & any other trash that were lying around the house.
