What can I say just a horrible placeBest thing I can say is it’s a great locationNot sure parent company is any better than the OC location

Arrived at LabCorp at 1:10 pm. They close at 2pm. The office was empty, no people but my friend (90 yrs old) who I took for bloodwork. We sat and sat and sat from 1:10pm until they took her at 135. Unacceptable! Do better!

Trying to get my blood work done and I cant even get anyone on the phone there

Extremely surprised when arrived at Labcorp today. There was no room for social distancing. Office was just not big enough. No temperature check of anyone coming to be checked. No sign of office being cleaned between patients or even getting wipe down.

Had an appointment this morning....walked in 10 people waiting no distancing...no cleaning....the girl who took my blood did not do a good job she was trying for 10 minutes to get enough blood with the needle in my arm and then had to try again. This has NEVER happened to me I have blood down regularly. When she wanted to try again I said no and left. I will not go back there and after my black and blue arm heals I guess I have to go and have it done again somewhere else! Lady at the desk was rude to several people as I waited....its not a loving/friendly environment lets just say that...they seem annoyed to be working and many people are anxious about having the blood taken ....they need nicer people in there!

July 7, 12:45 appt- ykdb. Ocean City NJ office is top shelf. My veins are normally difficult to find, but with this Wonder Woman at Labcorp it was no problem; she got it on the first try! Quick, painless and I was on my way. Thank you so much!

Nice online registration process, not too long, able to schedule my reserved appointment for 7am, arrived 6:50, greeted & informed no other information was necessary due to completing the online process, nice not to have to duplicate the information, good stick, out in under 10 minutes, great service!

I first when into lab Corp the day before to try and make an appt but was informed by the one woman working the entire process there that you have to do it online. As seeing I was very frustrated we engaged in some words. The next morning I come in with an appt and the woman is telling me I should apologize and that she shouldn’t have been talked to that way and it’s not her fault. I agreed because she was right I shouldn’t have talked to her in that way so I apologized and everything seemed fine. She went to take my blood and pushed so hard and fast into my vein I almost passed out, I have had blood work plenty of times to know you shouldn’t see stars nor should you feel like your vein is punctured . I said wow I guess I deserved that and she said I would never ever do That. She also coughed on her glove ( the one holding the needle) and proceeded to do my blood work after. That in itself is disgusting. I will NEVER go back there .

I got there at 8:30am (no appointment) and checked myself in. Only one person working. At 8:58, the women emerges from the back and calls my name. While standing at the counter she asks if anyone in the waiting room has an appointment at 9. 4 people respond with yes. She tells me to have a seat and takes the 4 people with the appointment and makes me sit. I was there 30 minutes prior to those people walking through the door. YOUR SYSTEM IS FLAWED. Thank goodness for Quest Labs.

The lab tech is amazing. She has to do everything herself. She is efficent and very friendly. I do think that Labcorp should add another employee to help her out. How can she do everything herself?

This Lab Corp is being run very efficiently. Yessenia is great at multi-tasking!

Between this and Quest, both these labs (wherever you go) need customer service training and need to learn how to keep a schedule. Every appointment is nearly an hour behind no matter when you start. This place is no different. It’s not even 9am and they are an hour behind with one person in the entire office. Piss poor.
