When I scheduled an appointment to get my wifes car tinted I specifically wanted #5 tint and specifically requested a 6 strip for the front. I scheduled the appointment . when they went to do the job I never got #5 tint and got a 5 strip for the windshield. this job costed me$ 344.00 highly disappointed I called and politely left a message wanting to know why they just messed it up. they never called me back. totally ignoring me. they say on their website customer satisfaction is their utmost goal but the way they are handling me is not the case. I would never use this business again

I made an appointment and he said he will be out between 1-3pm and would call 30 minutes prior. No show, no call, so I called and no answer. I justed wasted my time I knew I should have gone to a regular business to have the work done. Awful customer service.To the owner:I did not receive any phone call nor voicemail. I would be glad to show you my phone records. You must have dialed the wrong number.I am a very fair person and would never post an unfair review, but I was home waiting and I received no call and can prove it. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

Gave these guys a call with the recommendation from a family member. Did great with her. Appointment 7am to 9am July 3rd,the tech, Chet will call 20 min. out. 8:35, still no call. Thunder storms so I reached out and texted to reschedule. Replied, Give me some time with the owner to reschedule. That was on July 3rd. I reached out to them July 6th asking for a reschedule, havent heard from them since.Mentioned that I am a Disabled Veteran, Iraq03 for their 10% discount. Seemed less interested in doing the job.UPDATEGave them a second chance, thats how I am. Showed up on time and did an outstanding job. Wouldve gave them a five star if not for the first issue. I called 3 companies before calling these guys. Demand is very high at the moment. Out of the 4 companies they were the only company to give me a response. Told them vehicle make and model and was given a price and date of availability. Price was great for being mobile. I Booked the time available. Few days later I was contacted with a open availability with a couple days notice(which was great for me to get my car tinted quicker). They called when on the way, showed up on time. Soon as they arrived got right to it. Very knowledgeable about what they do. Also when at my house they tinted front windows on my limousine. Within 4 days neither one of my vehicles have any bubbles nor do I see any issues with the tint. No dirt spots no scratches and poor cuts. Clean and uniform. I highly recommend and no matter the wait list I definitely not let anyone else tint my vehicles but them.

Easy to make an appointment, the booked out a day for us due to quantity of vehicles. They knocked all of them out in less than 5 hours and did not sacrifice quality in doing so. Very professional, explained the post tint process and we’re able to inform us of the different qualities of tint on certain surfaces. Will be having them come back to do some other vehicles in the future.

These guys did such a great job on my Chevy Colorado. Called 30 minutes out, arrived when they said and was wrapped up in under a half hour. I will be using them for all my vehicles.

The Tint Guys came to the house on time and tinted my truck windows. They did a superb job!!! Very professional, clean and nice people. The job was done in a timely manner and it looks GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!! The price was fair and reasonable, but again the job was Superb!!!! Highly recommend these tint guys!!!

Had them come tint my car. Came on time and called and texted before to confirm. Job was done timely. Had a minor issue with the tint a few days later. They came out and remedied it timely as well. Would recommend them as its easier than taking it to a place and dropping off or sitting there for hours like I had done before.

The guys showed up on time, and was very professional. They did not only do fast work but it turned out great. Their prices were on par for the shops that you have to go to and sit in their uncomfortable chairs in the waiting room.A bonus was the guys didnt mind my 100 questions I had about windows tint.Thanks guys, I will definitely not only recommend friends but I will also return when I get a new vehicle.

Edit to add:The company responded saying that I canceled the appointment, which is absolutely true because they could not honor my time frame. Had they been more organized, this wouldn’t have happened. We ended up going with AllStars and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!I had an appointment between 1-3 today and haven’t heard from anyone. I am at work and planned on getting both of my vehicles done here. I needed to know when someone would be here and was told they didn’t know then proceeded to tell me I was put in a 3-5 timeframe! This was a gift for my husband and unfortunately I had to find someone else. People have lives and things to do and not calling someone is unprofessional.

These guys did a wonderful job on my tints for my Kia Rio.. I would definitely recommend using them for your tints as well.. Came to my job and did them quick and easy.. Great skills and work ethic!!!!!

Chet and his team are amazing...I had my 2021 Silverado tinted including full front windshield. The initial install had some small blemishes so I contacted Chet and he personally came out to address the warranty. We scheduled the service and Chet was involved with the install personally (extraordinary service) and it gets better. I worked at home today and realized later that day I didn’t have my keys to move my truck. I searched couldn’t find them. I called Chet on a Friday night around 6:15 and went through the install and he looked but didn’t have the keys either. Chet drive back out 50 mins one way and removed all equipment. During this process my wife sent me a picture (yep that’s what are better halves do) lol. My keys were in the bathroom on the vanity, crazy right lol! I apologized and made it right with Chet and his employee. I never write reviews and this definitely deserves one. Great company, Great SERVICE, Great team!! I would strongly recommend for any tint job or future service.

I gave this guys a call for an estimate.He gave me a price and I was ok with it.He asked for my address to see when it could be done (appointment).I waited 4 days and I havent heard back from him. Today I sent him a reminder saying that I havent heard back from him, no answer yet. I will definitely take my car somewhere else, very rude in my opinion...

Chet and rob came out to my house to do the tint on my sister in-laws car. called made a appt. they said between 9-11 and was here at 930 with a half hour call in advance. Very friendly people did a Very very good job tint is flawless. they go over your warranty and everything you should and should not do thoroughly. I recommend you try these guys out for you self!

Not only was the tint portly applied, and it was downright terrible, but damage was also done to the driver’s door weather stripping and these guys have done nothing to fix their poor workmanship or address the damage they did. Instead of trying to fix things, this clown complained that my complaint (sent via Facebook messenger) wasn’t made during normal business hours. I have had the tint completely removed and redone, significantly better application. I had to order new weather stripping and will have it installed. I will likely be suing these guys for the cost. Buyer beware....contact me if you want to see pictures and proof of the shoddy work and damage or if you need a referral to a professional tint installer.

Did a great job but left me with a pamphlet witch had a review of how dirty my garage was saying sandy, dirty, rainy you chose to be mobile deal with your surroundings or decline the job.

Another quality job by these guys. This is the second vehicle I have them do and I will continue to use them again and again.
