Finally had to quit. After carrying this branch because the branch manager Ginna was mostly never present and Virginia, who stayed on her phone for 95% of her shift, I gave up. They dont care about the workers or the customers. Ive literally seen both of them act so unprofessional to workers and customers that it was disgusting. Most of the mistakes and work fell on me, as the AM dispatcher. So the next person to come in, BEWARE. They both will act like they are so together and know it all and act cool. You will find yourself depending on others for help, at other branches. All of the work will fall on the dispatcher, and no one in corporate cares. Any complaints will get brushed under the rug and ignored because the branch manager has everyone fooled. So good luck, it sounds good in the beginning but just like so many in the past, it will get old very fast.

Great place to work whether you are wanting to get your foot in the door with a construction related companies or just make some extra money on your days off. The staff is always helpful and very professional. I would definately recommend People Ready as a first choice for temporary employment.

Kim is the best there! I understand other reviewers frustrations. The jobs arent great, and minimum wage. But, minimum wage is better than no wage. I was lucky to find full time permanent employment through here. The app needs some work, but its the easiest way to be guaranteed a job when you show up in the morning. If I have to deal with some frustration to be able to put food on the table, Ill do it.

Ive been recently working with this location while I live in Orlando because the job is over here but this office recruited me. Dana was her name. I emailed Dana once I started my assignment and never got a return email..It was fishy from day one because I was like why arent these people answering the phone. 2 p.m. 3p.m. 4.p.m. NO ANSWER. Then I come here and read the reviews. Needless to say Im working with the Orlando office now because I dont know whats going on over there in Ocala.

I am a employer who regularly uses labor ready for on demand labor. I tried calling this location a week before I needed help. I didnt even get a call back after leaving 3 messages.I called the branch in Tampa and was called back almost immediately. Although they could not provide workers outside of there territory the manager was kind and helpful.I called Action Labor and they had 2 workersThere the same day. Do yourself a favor if you are an employer or employee and dont waist your time at this branch.

These people are so rude. You go in and try and get a job and they never ever would give a job. These people are so unprofessional they will cuss you out just because a person wants a job. As an employee of this place there should be no attitude when someone is asking about what time they are getting paid. If you know the answer say so if not give the phone to someone who does.
