I went into the office. I they made believe in hope . So much for that. I had to fill out. And I was so happy to do so. I have always work n provide for myself until I got covid last year intubated 10 days. Then additional 7 weeks. They made me believe they were going to help me. And they never called. All I got and I’m grateful for that. I’m disabled waiting on Social Securtiy with both of my foot are dropped. Use brace . I’m really disappointed with the lack of unresponsive especially there were social workers there that day. So I’m still looking but it’s really hard for me to do this on my own. 🥲🙏🏼I continue to pray for God to open doors for me. Just really disappointed with this place. Sincerely Miriam Ortiz

I hadnt been to brothers keeper in a while bcus they moved but, when I went looking for a couch they had just what I needed. A grey upscale couch practically new. They had a sale going on 1/2 price if you take it home the same day. It was marked for 100.00. I took it home the same day. You do the math. There is an older guy at the register that just lightens up the place with his humor. Without him it would be a regular thrift store. Everyone so kind though.

I think they are all great at the new location..we donate to them and have looked and shopped in the store several times and always find some great stuff. Prices are good..and staff was nice.

Yikes!! Great thift finds! But employees are super rude so I guess its not that good of a place :/ yelling at you to get out when the store is closing isnt very friendly and would not want anyone to return :/

I volunteer there twice a week. Brothers Keeper does a fantastic job helping people in need in our community. God bless them for all the work they do for the homeless or those in bad circumstances

We went looking for a cheap dining table and clothes. We found some great buys on clothing. The furniture was not cheap, however it did look very nice. The upstairs floor where the clothes are is scary to get to and walk around on. The cashier said they will be moving soon. Hopefully the new location will feel safer.

Honestly. This place is great content wise. The people make me want to light myself on fire. So rude. I got to this shop at 3:30 pm (30 MINUTES BEFORE IT CLOSES ONE MIGHT ADD) and they kicked me out because they dont expect people after 3:30! What kind of bulls*** is that! I spent my last couple dollars on just enough gas to get there in back (I drove 40 minutes to get there AN CALLED AHEAD ASKING THEM TO STAY OPEN to which they agreed) and they kicked me out. Then I called the church it belongs to and they defended them saying they probably just wanted to go home and laughed. Thats horrible business ethics. The clothes may be great but honestly all these other comments were clearly made by liars. Just the rudest thing ever. If you have to choose between here and a hole, choose the hole.

When I arrived, the lady at the front desk was pleasant but upon being called to the back to get some food, because I was homeless, the elderly man gave me a half of a paper bag of food, I wonder if his old big belly self can go a month with a half bag of groceries, he wont because he grabs all the free stuff that he wants, who cares about the people that really need it

Great clothing and linen shopping on a budget. Dont waste your time at the salvation army go there 1st.

The furniture is in excellent condition and we have gotten some really awesome pieces here. Some we refinish and some we keep as is. Great clothing toI. We also make financial contributions and know the money is well spent.

The cashier/floor lady is very rude picking up clothing throwing in and angry manner. I could tell she hates her job.

I just wanted to say and give a very big thank you to Brothers Keeper for helping me this past week. I was able to keep my water on because they helped me. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman-which is unfortunate- but he was so kind hearted and gentle with my children and myself that it was unexpected but greatly appreciated. I am currently unemployed but with their help, this was one less thing I had to worry about. So thank you again. God Bless

Everytime I need to go here I get helped. Ive never been turned away. Some of the women at the desk are rude but I dont let them get to me because ultimately I talk to them all of one minute.

They charge to much for poor quality clothing and items and their shoes are way overpriced. They arent very friendly 😒. All in all I dont like the new Brothers keeper.

Im not sure about the food but, the iced coffee is the best in town. Smooth & not acidic at all. I get it all the time.

Grew up shopping here when I first got into thrifting. Still my must visit every time I return home. The people in there are so stinking sweet! 15 out of 10.

This store has awesome donators, however some of the recently hired staff is very rude (as stated in these other reviews) and prices items according to how much they want to sell. Some women charge 25 cent for a t shirt (which is stated on their pricing list), another woman will charge you $10, either because she thinks you can afford $10 or it was her shirt that she donated...*shake my head* They do what they want here. Especially upstairs in the afternoon. Hey, this is a thrift store, not Bealls or some other establishment. People usually shop here because we cannot afford to shop at real stores. And this is supposed to be a faith based / Christian store? I didnt get the feeling my last two times shopping here, and I believe my relationship with you has come to an end.

I just called for a pickup as I am disabled. Lady who answered the phone was so rude. Says all they want is furniture. Ummm, homeless people could use some of my stuff. Bad taste in my mouth from this experience. Maybe have a nicer lady answering the phone.
