I couldnt be happier with Mike and the installer, Jimbo. I called on Wednesday and had my antenna up and running the next day. Great service and good technical knowledge make this company a rarity in todays world.

I just want to say how honest Mike and his wife are. I thought my outside antenna for Ota channels had malfunctioned. I called spoke with Mikes wife explained my problem and set an appointment. However before we finished the conversation she said it could be as simple as the power source being unplugged you might want to check. So after I hung up I checked and sure enough that was the problem.I cannot stress how much honesty means to me. She didnt have to say anything. They could have come out spent 1 minute and charged us for a service call but instead told me what to look for.I highly recommend them there are not a lot of folks that are still old school and put their customers first. If I ever do need a new antenna or work on the old one they will be the first folks I call.

I am so disappointed in this company. I have been using the for years and I just had an issue with my reception. They sent a nice man out and all he had to do was to rotate the antenna all the way around both directions to sync the gear box. I dont mind paying for the trip charge but I think an $85.00 labor charge is excessive (a total of $120.00) for what was done during a time when money is tight. I bought this box from them, they installed it, and never told me this was needed to be done. If this is the way they want to do business they have lost a long time loyal customer.

Jimbo and everyone I talked to for help with my tall antenna removal was amazing! Quick to respond to my questions, helpful, and friendly. They were out to help in less than 24hrs from when I first inquired and got a tough job done for us incredibly fast. Cant thank them or recommend them enough! By the time I talked to them about cutting the cord, (getting rid of cable) and them coming out to install a antenna was 3 hours. Living in Eustis I get close to 70 most HD channels now for free.

I was very pleased with the sales and service I recently received from this company. They did not mind answering any questions I had and were very knowledgeable. I bought and antenna on a 20 ft pole. Im in ne ocala and get about 15 channels. Jimbo was very nice and a professional . He knows his stuff. I inquired with another company and they were about the same price but didnt return calls and didnt want to answer questions including info about guarantees and warranty. This company is just the opposite. I highly recommend to company

Within a hour of placing the call I was back up and running!!! After many arguments of 2 weeks before service techs from Dish, I was given Advanced Sat number by the Senior Techs at Dish and made the call. Jimbo was a great service tech and communications with him found that even our antenna tower was installed by his family many years ago. I hired Advanced Satellite to install a rotor and new antenna on my existing tower. Jimbo was the technician. The install went great and the wiring meticulous. Mike and Shelly are good folks!

We live in a rural area of Marion County near the Ocala National Forest. Several years ago I bought an outdoor HD antenna from one of the vendors at the Market of Marion; it was installed on a 30 pole and we got about 8-10 channels. Recently it stopped working, so after doing some online research I decided to buy an antenna from Advanced Satellite. Mike said that he expected we would get about 40 channels, but he also made it clear that due to the distance of our property from the broadcasting towers, & the many tall trees on our property, that he could not guarantee that. Jimbo came out and installed the antenna on our existing pole, but because the antenna was so much larger than our previous antenna, he had to shorten the pole to 20. We now reliably get 50+ channels.

Great service, but antenna they recommend is no good in the Summerfield area. No signal in the mornings or evenings. Serviceman says there is nothing wrong,, but the antenna still doesn’t work properly. Total waste of money.

They are prompt and Jimbo is the best. Mike and Shelly are knowledgeable and very helpful. Strongly recommend this company.

They take there time and explain everything. All employees I talked to Shelly another man in office and the service man Jimbo did there best so I understood and Jimbo fixed the antenna I had put in by another company that they was still working on the problem for almost two years. If you want an antenna pick these guys they know what they are doing. They mean what they say as returning calls, on time and fast.

Cant say enough about the quality of work, fantastic communication, or the quality about the products they use. My mom is on a limited budget but still wanted TV without the high cable bills. When its family, you worry about taking care of them and making sure you have people you can trust. I am extremely happy to find such a great business with integrity and great service to help us out.We live in Clermont and I was worried about the amount of stations we could get with a HD Antenna. I am happy to report that in greater pines we get over 75+ stations and the quality is amazing. There are lots of older shows mom loves, plus ABC, CBS and NBC. Her exact words were she could have saved over 10 grand if she had done this sooner. Its cheaper to have installed than 4 months of my spectrum bill....After seeing how happy she is and the reception, Ill be cancelling Spectrum (the $$$ Monopoly ) here in Clermont and having Advanced Satellite to come out and do a HD antenna installation this fall.They only use quality equipment and it is worth every penny. Jimbo the installer was fantastic, this guy knows his stuff and made sure mom was happy with the location of the antenna. Thanks Jimbo, you rock. IF youre looking for HD Antennas in Clermont, you would be crazy not to use these guys. Thanks for making it cheaper for me to keep mom at home on a budget, you guys are great!!
