Initially called for problem with spiders and roaches coming from outside. He only treated for roaches and we had to spray our own stuff from home depot a week later because it didn’t work. Nothing they did work but suggested I do stuff of my own which we did and still didn’t work, would tell him and just gives a smile but did Nothing! When coming to treat the outside of windows and doors first time he passed a sponge thing and sprayed and put some granules on the ground last time only sprayed and took like 5 min and I have a pretty big house, I even asked is that it?! Didn’t take payment right then and there like he usually does and I didn’t get an invoice. Until I get a text saying they sent the invoice like two days ago, got a call today asking for the payment that the invoice may have gone to my spam didn’t know they emailed me invoices since I always paid him there, but I was not in the house when she called to pay over the phone. The guy literally came knocking and ringing the bell during dinner time like crazy to get their $55!! I am beyond surprised and appalled that a professional would knock as they were a US Marshall to collect a balance after I told them I will call them back and pay even if I had a late payment.Glad I switched to another pest control company! Maybe that’s why he was so angry.

Initially I had hired Terminix to deal with a roach infestation. After about four months it wasn’t getting any better so I gave Potts Pest control a call. The first time they came out they had me remove everything from my kitchen cabinets and drawers, something terminix never did. Within a couple days i was having to sweep numerous times a day to keep up with the dead ones. Within a couple weeks by the time they came back to spray again it was noticeably improved. They’re due to come back for a biweekly spray this coming week and they’re very sparse. I am beyond happy with the professionalism and prompt, successful service and would HIGHLY recommend them to ANYONE!

Since day one the exterminator came in, did a wonderful job, roaches were getting bad in my home, which I can’t stand, but Potts took care the issue, I saw maybe one roach that was it, I see no more thanks to Potts, today he even helped me with jumping spiders!Love this company, would recommend to anyone!

Very pleased with our service so far. I was thoroughly pleased with the professionalism of the gentleman that came to our door. We have noticed many thankfully dead insects since having Potts Pest spray around our house. Very impressed by the time they took to brush cobwebs away from the house before they sprayed and their willingness to come back the next day to set the bait for the interior of the house. Will continue to use Potts Pests!
