Usually this is my GO TO. But this last time i had 3 nails break completely off tearing my real nails off with them after a fill. Not happy at all.

My first time going to this place Mr. Tin was the one to do mine he was very helpful is there an understanding he did samples for me all in all a really great experience. I would definitely recommend him. He did a wonderful job on my ombre nails! Very clean very nice and quiet please. Will be going back again.

Lady did not greet me at the desk and yelled at the back of the building what I came in there for. I said I eyebrows. As soon as I sat down she shoves me back into the seat hands me a mirror, not facing me at all and points into my eye lids... And says low?Because clearly I dont understand her language of what low means, the guy came over and asked clearly thick or thin... I said I just want the tiny hairs gone. My eye brows are already shaped.I asked if this was her first time and the owner said no she just did the girl before you.Lady starts cursing in Vietnamese.He says you can go somewhere else.Yeah I am. Thanks.

Screwed my gf nails up bad 3 times in a row

I went here Monday they did an amazing job! The place was super clean they got me in and out quickly and my nails look amazing! Ill will make this my regular place to go. I would recommend it prices are also really good.

Tin has been doing my nails for about a year and he is the best ! The rest of the staff is wonderful also. The place is very clean and everyone is meticulous ! Love Sam’s Nails.

Terrible. Had to keep repeating rounded instead of flat for nails. Uneven. Left before painting. Do not recommend at all.

Great work. Communication due to language barriers was challenging but everyone is kind and attempts to please the client. They had a difficult customer during this visit and they made every attempt to please her.

I have TINY toddler sized finders and Tin did AMAZING on my full set!I asked for a challenging design which he tried, he asked if it was good and when he noticed I wasnt happy he gladly changed it for me with no charge.

Great services and probably the longest lasting nails in town

First off, this is the ONLY place in Ocala who does my eyebrows correctly. Every where I’ve been they have either rushed, or came out wrong... for instance JC Penny in the mall and Nail Escape at the Mall... sams nails blows everyone else out of the water... she does excellent every time and I’ve never left upset. She always deserves higher than half of the service for a tip. I must be pretty regular because everytime I come in for eyebrows or a pedicure.. no more manicures because I work in healthcare :( I am treated and greated amazing every time. I’ve never have a complaint about sams nails and as long as they stay where they are at I will never choose another salon. I love sams nails and highly recommend if you want a amazing job done with great prices great people and great atmosphere!!

They dont even try to do a good job while u get ur nails done.

I go there every month for a mani and pedi. I get the gel nails and every time I go I end up spending $70-$80 for the both. Tony usually does both for me but after today I will no longer give that place my business. I went for a fill and a pedi and a nail to be replaced as it broke off and took my own nail with it and down to the quick. He scraped my heels and that was it. He decided he was picking my polish and not me. He was very rude and rough and then charged me $17 for the replaced nail, $44 for fill for gel nails plus pedi $26 for mani and pedi for a 4 year old when he used to charge me $10 to paint her toes and nails. Plus I always give a $10 tip and I also get my brows done each time $7 plus $5 tip and my brows are so screwed up and far from alike that I have to wait for the left brow to grow out a bit more before I can even get them done to look good again. Very pissed off

Went here once with my aunt guy tried to do her pedicure in 15min in COLD WATER they are very rude and made her pay for a service she didn’t get never been back!
