Just wanted to share. My son had to do 6 months here. They were great. They completely changed his life around. They helped him graduate a year early. The teachers pushed him hard because they saw potential. The staff was always very polite. However a BIG shout out to the Therapist Mrs. Soloff, Very special lady to our family. She really helped him with his emotions and when ever he needed someone to talk to.A Huge THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THERE !!

Hope they do a better job educating then the way show their education.

This facility was just recently audited to see whether or not they would comply with the sunshine law regarding open records requests and failed miserably! Not only that but the employees went totally ballistic when the auditor entered the building!!! This place and its employees are hiding something nefarious behind those walls and the sheriffs Dept is aiding and abetting this so-called Academy! I’ll be researching this Marion Youth Academy because I believe there are misdeeds happening there! Please watch a YouTube channel named ....rogue nation. Title is...1A Audit, if stupid was a disease, the CDC would be all over this place.

The director there Mr.Speights runs a tight ship there and most of the staff as well.All facilities have their problems but as a concerned and involved parent I give Marion a strong rating.My sons caseworker Ms Frazier seems to care also.May God keep all there in His grace.

I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for the commitment and change you have made in my son. He is coming home next week after been send there for 6 months and I can assure every parent you can rest your child is been taken care off while in their hands. Staff is great and very proffesional, I received a progress report every month, I was in every meeting on the phone due that I live in Miami, they wont move a finger unless your told. I really want to thank each and everyone including the cooks( I love Granny) they make sure your kids feel at home . May God bless you all and to me this is the best program the county has and will recommend it, the judges should be aware of places like this where your child comes first and they really put their foot down for them to achieve something, special thanks to Ms. Fraizer(counselor) All of you rock

This horrible place is full of crooked psychotic workers set out to bring a child down and wrongfully keep them as long as they can. You child’s phone calls will be taken away. Staff members get away with beating your child. If you speak up about it your child will get there visitation privileges revoked. Your child will witness things that will scar him for life. Some of the staff will cover cameras and place bets on fights and force these Children to fight. One led to a child being beaten so bad he was (left) in the bathroom unconscious another suffering seizures . They find it funny postponing out dates and adding time for things They say happened. There is much much more that goes on under there roof . Hopefully this investigation will finally close the doors to this nightmare.
