Didnt keep the prior scheduled delivery time. Missed work waiting on my delivery that was late. Why ask me to pick a scheduled time of dilvery and have no regards for the customer waiting. A Simple phone call letting me know its running late would have been much better then waiting around all afternoon. The delivery driver who was rude...moved my shipment across my driveway and scratched the driveway. When I called to complain to the company the only response was you can file a claim. Then customer service said its just concrete!! Concrete that I had get permission from the city and historical district to have poured. concrete that I had to pay a restorationist to pour. The concrete I just had power washed!!!I bought my item from Ferguson plumbing will not buy anything from there again if this is the carrier they use!!

Was told by RL carriers that my shipment would be arriving between 1 and 4. Took the afternoon off of work to meet the delivery. 5:40 still no delivery and when I contacted RL customer service I was greeted with rudeness and excuses. I get it, traffic happens but a heads up that they are running late, especially in this day and age of technology is not impossible.

R + L Carriers was contracted via Assault Fitness to deliver 9 Assault Bikes to my business in Eustis, FL. The scheduled delivery window was between 10AM and 2PM which I accommodated by taking time off to ensure I was available to accept the delivery as well as coordinated with 5 others to assist in constructing the bikes. Upon calling R + L Carriers at 2:15PM the window was moved to 4PM with zero communication. While on hold for their customer service team the message was repeated that R + L Carriers provides world class customer service. This is clearly gas lighting its audience as no such customer service was provided. The customer service agent detailed the shipment was delayed for delivery and that was that. Upon asking if a phone call was too much to ask for once they knew theyd miss the delivery window the agent remained silent leaving me to ask if they were still on the line. A simple communication is all that is needed to ensure satisfied customers. R + L Carriers failed to deliver.

I wish I could give zero stars. They ignored my shipping instructions and sent the wrong truck so we couldn’t offload the freight. Then told me I could pick up my freight at the warehouse on Saturday. Drove 2 hours to get it and was told I can’t. Called customer service and got nowhere. Paid a lot of money for freight I don’t have and don’t know when I can get it. Never will use them again. Never had these issues with Estes.

Terrible! Im driving on the road for an hour with cruise control on in the middle lane at midnight on February first and truck 668 comes right behind me on i75 mile marker 404 and starts turning the brights on and honking at me. Revs the engine really high trying to intimidate me and nearly hits my car with noone in either lane the left lane or far right lane. I dont know what i did wrong but the driver was acting completely reckless with road rage and i called the company, they transferred me to the safety department and the lady downplayed it as if she was here to see the drivers madness. I would never use this company with drivers acting like they are going to use the truck as a weapon.

We are a distributor who receives pallets daily from multiple freight lines.RLCarriers is by far the worst. Not only the worst but the worst every time.Lost completelyDamaged goodsLies about transits and times.When you call they quickly help you understand that they dont care at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the absolute worst company I have ever felt with in my life. Terrible customer service, they lie and say whatever they want To get you off the phone, changed delivery day 3 times with no explanation, the list just goes on. I will be sure to go out of my way to let every other business I know about this terrible shipper.

Another one of those broker companies that i dont know how the hell they keep being in business with the company policies they have. Very rude and idiot people work there.
