My dead bolt would not go back into the chamber and I was locked out of my house after a very long day’s work on Friday evening. They sent Ray out who got here very quickly. He was amazing! Fixed the door very quickly was professional and had Great customer service. I will be needing the lock on my sliding glass door fixed soon and will be requesting Remarkable Ray!! I rate him a 10!!! Call Dave another locksmith in was told we wait 90 minutes for someone to come and unlock our vehicle after the hour and being on hold being told with music that they appreciated our patience for waiting for a multiple attempts trying to contact locksmith we had already contacted, we decided to try someone else. We called another locksmith and the phone rang and were sent to voicemail. The third attempt was calling AA Lock Doc & Security where they not only answered but once I told him our situation and how long we had already waited with the car running they they sent someone within 20 minutes to our location and has a lock to the car unlocked and we are on our way. After sitting for 4 hours I will never hesitate to pick up the phone and call AA Lock Doc & Security again. Not a very good 24 hour service, i was calling on behalf of my friend who lost the key to his truck, we have both tried numerous times to reach them and no answer, even left a message...if you are 24 hour, you would think someone would actually be available 24 hours.

Doorknob broke had new one installed and keys made for deadbolt. Larry was very professional and friendly. Work was excellent. Very fair price on a weekend service call. I am very impressed with this company. I am recommending AALock Doc to other residents in Ocala.

Locked out of car and was told it would take an hour for someone to come out and get it unlocked waited six hours and nobody ever showed up and was left stranded out on the cold . Not only that my friends a diabetic and left his insulin in the car and couldnt get to it to take his shot. Finally was able to get the insulin out with a coat hanger that we shoved through the crack of the window that was left open a little. Called someone else and paid them. We would have been fine with someone telling us they couldnt make it out there but instead we were left waiting forever. Dont tell someone youll be there when you wont.

I used this company to fix some locks on my house and they were great so I called them when I lost my keys. The prices were higher than I thought they would be but the guy explained why the price was high, because my Chrysler doesnt use a key, it uses a remote that goes into a slot in the dashboard. I called the dealer and was surprised that AA Lock Doc was actually saving me money. They had the fob in stock and had my car running again very quickly. We will always use this company. They know their stuff, and are very easy to deAl with.

Great Job, probably made 100+ keys for me over about a 3 week period. I had a problem with 2 keys, they were recut with profuse apologies and no charge. New keys worked smooth. Ho other places and if you let works...30% of the time, they are catchy (gritty) and you have to jiggle them.So would I go back to A&A Lock Doc, in a heartbeat, dont want my keys cut anywhere else.P.S. if memory doesnt fail me the lady who assisted me was Marie, personable & professional.

Of course I had to go and lock my wife & I out of the house, on a Sunday. After my wife reminded me that I never had a spare key made, I called Seth at A&A Lock Doc and left a voicemail. I figured he was busy living life and would get to us hours later, after all, it was a Sunday. Seth was there at our home within 45 minutes & worked his hardest to get us back into our home ASAP. Seth really knows home security and even though our locks were very difficult, he not only managed to get us in, but rebuilt the locks after that, to ensure no damage was done & we could still use our same keys! Thats what I call breaking in without doing damage and costing us even more money! Terrible, just terrible...Made an appointment. They send the only guy who could do the work on my motorcycle out on a service call, after he worked on my bike for 10 minutes.The guy who took over admitted he hadnt done key impressions in over 30 years. 90 minutes in, and he was no closer to finishing than when he started, and had to handle all the walk-ins, as well, while the mgmt lady was too busy to help. I finally left after over an hour and a half.Their customer service is horrible. Dont have a clue about professional locksmithing.....

It really isnt the companys fault, but Googles fault. The office hours are 8-5 pm M-F, not 24 hours. If you want something in the office, you need to take off work. Otherwise, you are in their call-out service. Google needs to fix this on the hours.

I was stranded and I felt like I was almost taken advantage of.I called and explained I had lost my car keys, the phone was answered by a guy who seemed bored and I was bothering him, which I may very well have been being that it was 10:30 at night but hey, youre open 24hrs for a reason, to get those 10:30 calls. He insisted upon my location which I told him and he quoted me $350 to cut a key and reprogram it for a 99 old Mercury. I told him let me discuss it with my S/O and call him right back because the key HAD to be made we needed the car.I had two questions and then I was going to give the go ahead but when I called back I got no answer. I went through the website and also left a message. I am so glad they didnt call back because I went with BE SECURE for $100 less and I ordered additional keys in the process, you can read my review with them and see how much better it went than this one.So thank you Loc Doc, you saved me a buncha money. For the price of 2 keys programmed for my car and additional entry key, I would have still had to pay you $50 more than if I had just gotten one key. Life is good.
