Very disappointed with this store, I dropped off my engagement ring to be upgraded with a halo of diamonds, a new diamond Mount, resizing and a rhodium dip, I was told it would take 10 days .I get a call that they need another 5 days and don’t worry my ring will look amazing . I picked up my ring, I’m disgusted, the inside of the band is scratched raw metal, not polished, not dipped, the outside shanks are scratched, unpolished and look like terrible, in addition the sizing is wrong .So now my once beautiful ring is ruined at the cost of over $1k . I will never trust this place again .

I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences at the Lady Jeweler. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome without putting pressure on you to buy. Michael was friendly, attentive, and professional. I ended up buying a Rolex watch from him at a great price. Another time I had a ring resized and repaired. The turn around was fast and the work was perfect. This place has the best prices in town with exceptional service. Cant recommend them enough!

Needs to fix sign... says open 10-5:30 on seasonal Saturday’s, obviously for a reason because Christmas is coming, but yet they close at 3 and even though still there at 330, they won’t let you shop the Saturday before Christmas. Their loss and their mistake.

If you ever want to have jewelry redesigned this is the place to go. Mike was awesome!!! He redesigned my engagement and wedding band, and my moms wedding and engagement ring was made into a pendant. Both pieces came out absolutely gorgeous!!! He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Prices were very reasonable. Their inventory is awesome. They even sell Louis Vuittons! I highly recommend Lady Jeweler and Mike.

If you enjoy being treated like a white trash idiot, then this is the place for you. I went to this place because they were recommended to me. I had a bag of jewelry, about nine pieces in all, that needed repairs. I dont drive, but figured I could walk there from where I live. So I imagined I looked a bit heated when I walked in. I was the only one there and all three women stared at me like I was a freak. Not one said Hi to me. So When Miss Porter finished with her call she offered to help. Now I know very little about jewelry but all the pieces I had were my dead mothers. I was planning on fixing them and giving them to family members this weekend. I pulled out two of the rings. They needed a simple repair to be reshaped is all. She flipped them around as if they were tin. Then explained to me it would be $35 for each one and it would take two weeks. Because they were so backed up. I am not an idiot. I know what it entails. I didnt even show her the other items in my bag. I knew she was lying. It was obvious she didnt want my business. So I trucked it all the way back home, feeling like a big waste of time. Called my other local jeweler who could do the same thing for $10 for both, and while I wait. I know a lot of women. Tons of lady friends. I am telling them never to go here.
