Ive have been with “Miss Jeannette” at ETC since early 2017, starting at her farm in Canton, Ga and now in Ocala, Fla. She is a true horse woman, accomplished equestrian, very caring, knowledgeable and always has your horses best interests acknowledged. Her lessons are very fun and instructive. She is excellent at helping you solve issues and form the best partnership with your horses. I highly recommend her for boarding, training, shows and lessons!

We had an absolutely great time learning how to ride a horse. Two of my kids had never been on a horse before while my other kid had very limited experience. They all learned a lot and had so much fun. What a memorable experience. It was also evident that the owner has a wealth of knowledge, love of horses, etc. I highly recommend if you are looking for just that one time or continuous riding experience.

Right after I got there end of May the barn owner told me I should give her a tip for feeding one of my horses, which was included in board at one time a day, so here are a few tips. 1. Dont tell a boarder they should give you a tip for doing what you said youd do for the price of board. 2. Dont tell the boarder that the business relationship is evolving... No u agreed to terms period. That doesnt evolve. 3. When the horse owner tells u in advance of arrival by several days a wound needs treated 3 times a day and the owner can come do it once and you agree to do it the 2 other times and the horse owners paying extra for that service, dont then tell the owner of the horse that 2 times total a day is adiquite when the vet wrote on the medication 3 times a day, pretty clearly, once the horse gets on your property. If that was going to be an issue, ever, that should have been expressed to the horse owner when they explained the situation and care needed several days before they ever brought their horses to you. 4. Dont tell someone they are getting a multi horse discount and then say they are only paying for half care. 5. Dont pretend that in Ocala, FL that someone is stuck at your barn if you provide bad service or try to nickel and dime the boarder and theyll just have to put up with it. There r many many other barns here in this area. Its pretty competitive. I am also curious as to where my grain went because the day I texted the barn owner to cut the grain completely as my gelding got huge, I still had half a trash can of groan in it and the text back to me from the barn owner says my horse was almost out, not out, and today when I left with my horse, I sold the other one mid June who was never on grain her whole stay, this morning that grain was all gone and so was my oil pretty much, which was brand new not used and full when I got there so it should barely have been used at all. My colt at his training barn gets the same oil and his lasts couple months at least. My horses did hold weight there on the pasture so thank you for that.

Jennette is the absolute best trainer I have ever worked with. Not only did Jennette help me gain the confidence I needed to be a leader for my horse but she gave me practical solutions to issues I was having. Everything she suggested worked and my relationship with my horse has transformed from frustrating to a pleasure. I cant thank her enough.
