I was told to remove the review I left here. It still took well over 60 days to receive the security deposit back. The home was far from in good condition, clean and it was not painted on turn over. However he was penilize for cleaning. He did do improvements, but it still didnt matter. In addition, my 12 year old and I stayed there for 6 months, so I was able to get a real look at the condition of the home.

Had a lawn maintenance truck associated to one of Keifers listed properties gouge my lawn last week. Scott called himself and let me know he would contact the back, who hired the contractor in the fist place. Thanks for the call Scott, your a stand up guy!

Slumlords. Read the other reviews, I wish I had. They dont know what theyre doing & they dont care about their tenants either. Property is in such poor condition, Im calling code enforcement. Emergencies are not dealt with in timely manner, & EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL staff & RUDE.Dont. Just dont. I wouldnt wish this on anybody. Honestly, Google should have a rating scale of -5-+5, Kiefer would get a -4; they did put on a good show in the beginning. Jennifer, & Mr Kiefer himself.Update: after taking thousands of dollars in rent & deposits, they condemned the property and evicted myself, my almost 2 year old son & disabled roommate...in 23° weather, with only 24 hours notice.Take a look at their good reviews, all were posted after mine, trying to improve their rating. The truth always comes out, Richard Kiefer.My response to your response: LIES!! ALL OF IT.Another edit, after condemning they re-rented it🤔

Helpful staff and very friendly! Great with their tenants concerns and issues, helpful maintenance staff as well!

Never would recommend them. Agent I worked with in private sale was untrustworthy and sold to someone else for $500 more. Not worth the reputation for $500.

I have no words other than i would never recommend anyone to use them. Do your homework before you choose a realtor.
