Its a shame that the salesperson stated over the phone that he would set aside a model for us, and on the day before we were supposed to pick it up, he calls and says he sold the model we had requested.I had called SEVERAL times; its not like you didnt know about my strong interest. I do not buy online without seeing and testing first. Basic customer right.

We have been struggling to locate a mobility chair that would meet the comfort needed as well as maneuver in the tight living area. Daniel brought out several units to try and we purchased the perfect one on the spot. He took the time to explain the features and demonstrate how to use the chair. The motor on my mothers 15 year old lift chair shorted out on Sunday morning. She recently had surgery to fix a broken femur just below her hip and with other dibillitating issues from bone on bone osteoarthritis is reliant on her chair. My dilemma was trying to find a fast replacement as most stores I would have to wait 5 days for delivery. On a whim, as I was on my way to another local furniture store, I stopped in and they had a floor model that was available with same day free delivery and it was on sale! The transaction was quick and George, the delivery man was prompt, professional and courteous! They even removed our old chair at a reasonable price! Couldnt be happier and mom is thrilled! Needed to get a new headrest for my powered wheelchair. I thought the service was great and all work was done in a timely fashion and at reasonable prices. I would highly recommend.

I have purchased multiple wheelchairs and electric scooters in the past 4 years being disabled and want to share my experiences. The reason I am writing this review is that Daniel, owner of discount mobility Inc, is so knowledgeable about who is making what scooter and where and was such a breath of fresh air, I felt compelled to write about my experience. There is so much misrepresentation going on over a few models, that are cheap, made in China models that are being touted as made in Taiwan for example. Not only are his prices the best Ive found, he is just way more knowledgeable about what he sells than virtually anyone Ive talked to in the last 4 years. When I contact people that sell these products and I wind up knowing way more than they do about what they sell, its laughable. Since I was so pleasantly surprised in speaking with Daniel at Discount Mobility INc, I felt obliged to share my good fortune with other people looking for someone with this much knowledge to help them select the scooter that is right for them. I believe you can shop here with confidence knowing that you got the right information but the right pricing as well,Keith
