Yesterday my husband and I went to four different tile stores in Ocala. We have a small project and we’re shopping for some bathroom tile. Out of the four stores we went to Trinity Surfaces was the only store that was helpful. The young lady that greeted us was pleasant and professional. We have never purchased tile before so we appreciated her patience and the time she took to offer helpful suggestions. The showroom is large and allows you to see many different possibilities. I was great to see some unique offerings also. Based on my shopping experience Trinity Surfaces is the only tile store I would recommend.

I bought over $400 of Travertine sills for our Window replacement project. It turned out that they didnt need to break the Marble we had and replace it so I need to return the sills to Trinity in Ocala. Ive battled them for a couple months now and they will not let me return it. Ive called many people who just tell me to call someone else. I asked to talk to the owner who conveniently is never there. They can resell this travertine - I can not! I will never deal with this company ever again.

Walked in not knowing if they even sold retail. Staff was extremely helpful and we had everything we needed to do our backsplash within an hour. We never felt rushed, they answered all our questions and they made us feel good about the design choices we had made! I won’t go anywhere else for tile now :)Also, so many choices it’s overwhelming and amazing at the same time!Thank you!!!

She gave us multiple ideas for our tile and backsplash and ordered larger samples directly to our house to make it easier for us to decide. We couldnt be happier with the floor tile and backsplash she helped us pick out! We are so grateful of Veronica and the entire Trinity team for their patience and Customer service! If you work in commercial flooring, getting pricing from this company is a living nightmare. I emailed 5 people in my original pricing request and didnt hear back from anyone for over 24 hours. This is even after I stated in my original that our bid was due the next day. These employees are Jeanille Thomas, Jason Weeks, Elizabeth Chambley, Scott Glace, and Cheyenne Goodman. You are all terrible. After sending multiple follow up emails, I got on the phone and got Jeanilles voicemail. Very helpful Jeanille. This is not our first time having difficult getting pricing from this company. I still would not have pricing if it wasnt for the angel in customer service named Brad. Brad, you are amazing.

A wonderful experience with Veronica helping us select tile for our shower remodel. She was very patient with me. Also thanks to the guys in the warehouse for their help. Everyone made this process very easy and enjoyable.

Ive been dealing with Trinity tile now on a commercial basis and I work with a counter man his name is Tristan he is on the ball you can call a lot of places and leave a voicemail and you never hear back from them. He has helped me out of so many jams they need to model after him. I can go on and on. Veronica was the most helpful and knowledgeable person about tile and preparation I have dealt with in a long time.We were there may be 20 minutes and Veronica had our order ready and we were out of there.Trinity should be proud to have an employee that can serve their customers needs and that customer has everything they need to do a quality job.
