Boris was great when the hard drive of my Lenovo PC went out. Came out within the hour, took the computer off of my stand/sit desk, and made sure everything was working (took out and put back in the old hard drive to make sure it wasnt that it was seated incorrectly) before replacing the hard drive. The charge was a bit steep ($400), but it was worth it to get it working within 2 hours.
