His prices are extremely reasonable. Personally I feel I got excellent service and he was able to restore an old computer to good working order again. Kyle is AWESOME! I run a business and rely very heavily on my computer and I have had 2 issues were he was able to stop what he was doing and help me through it. Funny thing is the issues were mostly user error but he was nice about it and provided me with helpful tips & without making me feel stupid. I will refer Kyle and I am also bringing him some of my old computers to see if he can retrieve pictures off the hardware as well as possibly building a gaming computer for my son.

Kyle did an amazing job on our laptop that we had just got back from another computer shop.He looked at the laptop, gave us his recommendations and cost involved an let us decide what we wanted to do without any pressure.He also showed great character in that he order an HP battery but a replica bootleg battery came in. He called me told me what happened and then ordered and got me a true factory HP battery. He could if put the cheap replica battery in and I would never known the difference.With his supercharged changes and reprogramming the laptop is faster than when it was new! Found this shop by chance, and wow what a stroke of luck! I had spent about 10 hours scratching my head trying to fix my pc.. with very little luck. I ended up pulling in here by mistake, and figured I’d give it a shot. I told Kyle about my problem, and he had me bring the computer in for him to look at. He fixed the problem, updated Windows, and updated the BIOS for me. Best part, he texted me back the same day telling me I could pick it up! Thanks again Man!!

Kyle the owner, informed me at all times the issues with my computer. When I asked for additional issues to be done he did it. He actually had retrieved pictures and information off a broken computer for me that I thought I would never see again. He was quick and efficient. Explained everything to me when a issue came up. Kyle worked with my laptop while I was on vacation, as I had problems with it being slow. My laptop was sped up, he updated my computer and a few programs to the latest release and fixed some settings on my anti-virus and ad-blocker. He worked efficiently on it, and I got it back the same day. It now works well and Im overall really happy with the experience.

Kyle could not have been any more accommodating to help us replace our outdated VCR tapes to CD disc s. He throughly involved us in the decision making with dates and what we wanted where. I was thrilled with outcome of my laptop. My pictures were perpetually stuck and I was devastated. The apple store attempted twice and a local IT friend, all failed at retrieving my pictures ( memories )! My 2009 MacBook Pro was sluggish and unusable.Kyle was able to recover all my pictures in less then an hour, he went above and beyond, by adding features to my laptop! I had taken my work laptop to a well established computer repair shop, they kept it for the weekend and I had to follow up because they would not.
