Chris and Denise of Great Lakes were outstanding with their dealings with us in our tile and vinyl flooring purchases. We returned to the store numerous times with the different flooring samples we selected. Denise was beyond patient with us and after we did finally select our tile and flooring, Denise and Chris did everything possible to make sure the product would be installed by the dates we needed. Denise followed up with phone calls updating us. She was prompt to return calls too.The tile installer was meticulous. He showed up when he said he would and on time! Our lanai looks beautiful. The vinyl installers were just as meticulous. They too showed up when they said and again on time. We love our new vinyl flooring in our living/dining rooms and hallway!I would recommend this company highly!Pat KOcala Fl
