Today was an awesome day! Jacob worked with me after I cancelled on him twice before but gave me a third chance to get my windows tinted! My stay at the shop was for a couple of hours with my two year old daughter, yes I know crazy right..? But no I felt as if I was at home chasing her around. Jacob kept telling me shes fine. We have multiple conversations about many different things and I was totally comfortable! I would recommend any service at Ocala Customs to anyone! I came in and talked to Evan one day about installing oracle halos in my car and then the next day came in and started talking to Jake about adding performance parts into my car. Every person here at Ocala customs is friendly and straight forward. They all make you feel welcome and will inform you on anything you need help with. I come in at anytime I need parts or work done on on my charger rt.

Recently wanted to purchase some Digital Designs speakers, I researched the nearest dealer and it was Ocala Customs. I spoke with them over the phone and told them what I was looking to purchase and they advised they had a very good stock of Digital Designs. When I pulled up to the store I was very impressed at how nice it looked and very professional. I spoke to a very knowledgeable sales person and he helped me setup the right system I was looking for. Needless to say Im very happy with my product and even happier I found a real car audio shop to work with.Go see these guys they are great.

I brought my 2005 BMW Z4 into Ocala Customs to get a quote to have my old CD player/audio system in my car updated with an AUX input, as well as Bluetooth capability. Shane and the team at Ocala Customs were super helpful in making an affordable, yet awesome system for me. I didnt feel like they were trying to upsell or pressure me into something I didnt need. The workmanship was excellent and my car was finished in the time promised. Highly recommend!

Some of the dudes are rude, depending what day you go up there. Some treat you like youre as dumb as a bag of rocks. Disappointing. But there are 2 guys who try to help me and are very nice

I brought my Acura to them with what sounded like a blown speaker. TJ met me when I got out of the vehicle and I told him my delimma. He sent me inside the store to discuss the problem with the service representative. He came out and assured me he could handle whatever was the problem. He did a check on all the speakers in my vehicle and found the culprit. He educated me on the workings of the OEM system I had and advised me what options I should take. He suggested I replace the faulty speakers and priced them for me. The price was reasonable and he made me an appointment the next day. He even gave me a ride to the office while they repaired my car! The sound was noticably better than ever and I have a three warranty.The service, TOP NOTCH, the price, very reasonable. Service is something Ocala is missing at most businesses.Thanks to all. Great experience from the point of contact to the end of service.

Click on my profile for complete review. These guys sold me defective equipment, gave me a run around, then basically say I lied about it and I damaged the equipment. No way is that what happened. See the pics of the mid I received, that was never formed completely or was damaged in their shop and put back in the box. I never said anything for a month because I did not start the install for a while. Yes, I put it in my truck but after the hassle I had with the amp I knew it was going to be a problem too. Bottom line, check speakers and equipment visually before you leave. Then if they dont work expect a two to three week wait while they send them back and maybe you will get a replacement. I got the same amp back, and nothing was done about the midrange. TJ can use it as a paper weight.I am from around Gainesville (45 min ride) and ordered a bunch of Digital Designs equipment because I thought it was good stuff. Think again. The amp I received played for 5 min then shut off. I took it back and was told they would have to send it back. Also a mid range in the components I received had a large hole in the dust cap, again they would have to send it back. Customer service at this joint sucks, the employees apparently dont communicate, Jake is a total tool. It has been over six weeks since I paid for this crap and I still dont have a functioning system. This equipment was like this right out of the box and TJ and minions want to act like it was my doing. I am running a cheap Pioneer on the same wiring the DD amp failed on and it works 100%. My advice to you is to stay away far away, I wish I would have. By the way one of the reasons I ordered DD was I they advertise made in America. The crappy little amp I got says made in Korea right on the bottom. LOL. Also after extensive testing DD sent me the same amp back claiming there was nothing wrong with it. Again LOL. Still no word on the mid, I will probably get that back too. I will just replace with Hertz from local guys who replace stuff that is obviously bad on the spot. NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY!

Mike is awful. He is disrespectful, rude, mumbles and acts like you are inconveniencing him when when you have an appointment. He is also constantly on his cell phone which at a place of business is ridiculous.
