We used NetSource as our website provider at Central Trailer Sales for several years and then thought we could use a change so we reviewed several providers who work with trailer dealers and made the switch to what we thought was the best alternative but we found that while our new website looked great it was not put together with the Utility/Cargo trailer dealer in mind so it had categories and fields that better fit RV and Motorcycle dealers so after giving the brand X website a couple of years we switched back to Netsource and couldnt be happier to have a website that is easy to add inventory and gives our customers the info they are looking for in an easy and straight forward way

My business has been using ProductCart for the e-commerce portion of our website for years. We reached out to NetSource to upgrade ProductCart to the latest version in which we were quoted $2,975 for the ProductCart Upgrade and $4,985 for the Modifications and Design Implementations. The NetSource team continually failed to deliver on their promise and continually kept billing my corporation for their lack of knowledge in merging to the latest version of ProductCart. We were billed a total of $41,710 instead of the original $7,960. Till today, ProductCart is still not fully functioning like it should, providing a sub-par experience to our customers. This caused my business to lose revenue and more importantly, customers. Not once did NetSource take on the responsibility. To top it all off, NetSource Technologies extorted us for the remaining $12,790 threatening to take my website off-line... essentially threatening to take us out of business. We had no choice, but to pay the remaining balance to gain FTP access. Stay away from NetSource Technologies and their e-commerce ProductCart suite.

We hired Netsource to give our web site a “mobile make-over” so our Internet presence was more friendly for touch enabled devices. From our front line contact, Brent, to all of the staff we worked with, the experience was a professional one and the end result was positive both in the final product and their responsiveness during the creation. Netsource is a one stop shop for web site creation, hosting, social media and SEO.. They also have an IT Infrastructure arm for places that need assistance in that area.

Thieves!!! I initially contacted them to help create facebook ads that could get better conversions to my website. The salesman Mike is just that a salesman! He informed me that after talking with the creative director and the social media team they felt confident that I was spending too much on facebook ads for what I was getting. I contracted them to create several ads let them run and turn off the bad ones and scale the good ones. Needless to say I promptly paid them and it wasnt until three weeks later I get a call from the salesman Mike asking me how are things going? I informed him that nothing has changed after three weeks and still no ads. He told me he would check on it and get back to me...he emailed me saying my ads were scheduled to start the next day and we were on track for the month.... That was a Friday on the third week after contracting them. The ads ran on Saturday and sunday. They were horrible to say the lease 5/10 relevance score, 1.5% CTR, $1.00+ cpc. I call them the following Monday and they tell me, oh we are over budget and cannot work on the project any more. We need more money! The original agreement was to create ads and test them. Turn off the bad ones! Well the ads suck my ads were better and I am no marketing guru. I hired professionals if thats what you want to call them to try and get better results. I ended up loosing $750-1000/week while they were managing my fb business page and $500 I paid them for the project that was never completed. They took my money and refused to give me what I paid for. I could either pay another $500 or they would change everything back to the way it was before they started! Horrible company and horrible experience! D9 yourself a favor and save yourself the headaches and save your bank account from taking a hit like I did. I didnt expect the world...but I do expect a business that is going to charge people $125/hr for their services to complete the work they say they are going to do. Is that not a reasonable expectation?

Extremely poor service, if you have them build a website for you, prepare yourself for fee after fee after fee, When you complain,,they will ask you to find another host. Horrible experience with this company wasted 4 thousand dollars on a non functional website!

Charges for every little thing, if you start to question them your sales rep suddenly if unavailable. Find another company!!
