My roof was destroyed by Hurricane Michael in 2018. LEDGEWOOD replaced roof and 3 of the bathroom vents started leaking, contacted company was assured they would come back and fix it. After a couple weeks and a few more storms having to put buckets under vents to catch water, I call Ledgewood again and left message on message machine at least once a week, no call back. Even tried the cell number for Ms Masters I was given no answer. Here it is 2021 and still no contact and the mold is now coming threw the plaster. AVATAR insurance company required me to use this company and made the arraignments, after I contacted the LEDGEWOODS and got no answer I contacted my Claims Adjuster several times and got know where. This company should be avoided at all cost if you do not want to be trying to get a quality roof you do not have to call and get no one at LEDGEWOOD to return call or return to fix problems they where already aware of.

The experience has been spectacular. A company that trust, honesty and integrity is proven by the actions and proving they do what they say for Veterans. I was skeptical before I called but the more I inquired the more comfortable I felt. Paula, Terry, and the installers Chris and Gina, are the kind of persons I am grateful to have met and glad to have chosen for this Shower.
