Dont be fooled by other document preparation services. Virginia is the best Ive worked with in 20 years. Document preparation professionals should not be giving legal adviceever! Virginia is one of the few that understand this in this town. Always get legal advice before filing pleadings with the court or having important documents drafted and learning later they were legally insufficient.

With there being so many document stores popping up around town it is a relief to go to a place that actually knows what they are doing and are actually affordable! Anyone can use this company with payment plans starting at $20! I used this company when two other companies in town botched my paperwork. (No names but one is downtown Ocala and the other Belleview) Thank God for this company! I will be telling everyone in need!

I can not say enough great things about 30 minute legal documents and Virginia Ortiz! My boyfriend needed to get a divorce from his exwife and we were so stressed on what to do because she lives out of state. Virginia took us under her wing and helped us through the whole process in literally 30 minutes which for us would have taken days or weeks to find the time to sit down and do everything correctly. Once we saw that his exwife was not going to corporate we had to change the paperwork and Virginia did it in no time with no extra cost associated with it! She had every single piece if paperwork we needed for our county courts and everything was prepared with care. She was also quick to answer my phone calls or random text messages through out the week with a million questions. We now have an official court date for his divorce hearing and we are so happy to have this process done so we can move on with our happy ending! Documents were done in a timely fashion. They explained everything from start to finish. Took care of all letter notarizations that were needed as well. Will use them again and again for all my documents prep needs

Use an attorney!! Virginia prepared wrong document then blamed on us when we didn’t notice until it was too late. If you can’t prepare legal documents yourself be safe, save future legal expense and use a professional attorney not a 30 minute doc sign pop up shop.

After calling and driving around to several different locations and being told that it was going to be $10 for notary service and that it could cost me up to 20 just for a stamp and a signature I found this place online. According to one of the reviews they had $5 notary service so I went and I have to say it was 1 of the best experiences of my life. They were super kind and fast and I really appreciate them helping me out having such great service for such a minimal fee. They have lots of services here you should really check them out

Don’t worry keep it up, your disservice to others looking for your help will catch up to you and very suspicious that just a couple hours later “good” reviews popped up after they were already closed. Next time do your job right. So much trouble you put our family through with all the time you wasted) Ridiculous woman. Canceled almost a dozen times, do not waste your time here. She is riddled with excuses. We are sitting in her office right now looking for our refund and she still can’t even find any money to pay us. We are just sitting here while she is scrambling to look for a check book. We started this process in November, and never finished now canceling in June. She offered a refund before but we were so far at the end why would we cancel now that we waited SO LONG. We ended up asking for a refund because we showed up to her office with no appointment to make sure she finally finished the paperwork and she ended up telling us information was still missing. We filled that paper work out months ago and asked her to review it and she is now telling us 5 months later it needs to be done again. She wasn’t even apologetic she became defensive, projecting her own short comings on us. If anyone has a recommendation to who to report her scam please let us know. Thank you.

This place is a scam. She kept asking me if I needed a refund because she couldn’t get her scheduled in order. Canceled again and again. I postponed my move and a new job in a different state because she was so unorganized. If she wasted a lot of your time and keeps offering you a refund to just be done with you I recommend you also report her to the FTC. They do not take this kind of fraud/scam lightly and if we all report her this business will no longer be able to rip anyone else off of their time and money. She just gave me a check for my refund as well and feared that it may bounce? I can’t even anymore with her.

If I could give no stars, I would.First off, I contacted Virginia Ortiz about terminating my exs rights to my son. She quickly explained it could be done and that it was an easy process. After THREE WEEKS of waiting, she emailed me over a few documents and stated all I had to do was file them through the courthouse, which I did. After I filed them, I received a letter from the court stating I had missed SIX different forms that needed to be turned in, on top of parenting classes for both my ex and I. So I had to run around trying to get it all done in the 30 days the court gives you. My ex lifes in CA, mind you so none of these were easy tasks on my end.After finally obtaining the forms Virginia failed to mention that I needed, I finally had a court date... WHICH WAS ALL FOR NOTHING. In the state of Florida, you apparently cannot terminate a fathers rights. So all the money I wasted, not to mention MY time, my exs time AND THE COURTS TIME. All because Virginia said it could be done.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HER!!!!
