Called for a price estimate to re-upholster all the seats in my RV in July…..they said they would call me right back…we’ll now it is almost October and I am still waiting. If they don’t call when they want your business, how will they treat you when they have it? Went elsewhere.
We took our pontoon boat seats in to be reupholstered last fall. When my husband went to pick them up, the workmanship was so awful that we were pretty sure that we could’ve done a better job ourselves, in spite of having zero experience. The seams were very crooked, some seats were loose, others way too tight, basically everything you could imagine was wrong. Luckily, the owner saw how bad it looked and only had us pay 10% of the estimate. But even though we weren’t out much money, it did take up quite a bit of time, which put us in a bad position because we were trying to get the boat ready for out of town guests.I definitely do not recommend!
Took a carriage seat to have it upholstered. They made a new backing board and covered it. When I got it home it wouldn’t fit. I took it back and supposedly they fixed it but when I got it home nothing was different. I took it back a third time and they acted like it was my fault that it didn’t fit (he had the original one to go by) and told me I had to wait behind everybody else to have it fixed again.he was rude and unprofessional.
A rock shattered my cars sunroof and my insurance co. sent me to Shouppe &Son Upholstery to get it fixed. They were very accommodating and removed the shattered one and replaced it very quickly. Highly recommend them.
Theyll fix it and do a good job
DONT BOTHER ON GO THERE!
Went there for a headliner. It looked questionable when I picked it up but he assured me it had to dry to form. Well its been a month and still looks bad. Not to mention the fabric is coming down in two spots. Waste of time and money. Stay away!!!!
My friend Mike worked here and he use to do a awesome job hes decease nowadays and he was fast and good on upholstery 🙏 mike Doler
Had my top to my CJ7 for a month only to tell me they couldnt do it because they had to much work. Was very rude and unprofessional
Cody Smith is the best upholster . He has done many jobs for me. Headliners, door panels, boat seats, truck seats . And definitely have more plan to have done in near future
Efficient and reasonable price
Took an ottoman to be recovered, was not done when promised, called 3 days later and was told it would be done by end of that day, which it was, but was charged $100 more than the quote, said they had to use a whole sheet of foam. After getting it home and sitting on it, it was the hardest piece of foam I have ever sit on, the quality of the job overall was the worst I ever saw, I could have done that kind of upholstery job myself and I’m not in the business. Probably going to have to have it redone, my dog won’t even lay on it. Will never go back or recommend to anyone.
Would highly recommend to anyone. Great customer service, finished the job in a timely manner, affordable pricing & did a great job on my drivers side seat.
My seat was finished on time and looks awesome
Showed up with my seats to a 68 chevelle he could have made over $2.000. I dont know if it was to much work for the shop or Im sad to say this if I was black... But he told me he was not interested in doing the work... He left me speechless...
Excellent!
Parents had work done on their car upolstery. Took several trips before another person corrected the work. Hours spent there. Would not go there myself
Great quality work. Ask for Kenny.
These guys absolutely killed it. Had a rush job for a very important customer with an extremely crunched timeline and they came through in spades. Thanks so much to Fred and the guys.
They do good work, Family owned business.
Did a great job redoing my 2006 Ranger 519VX bucket seats at a great price.09/21/18 THANKS
They took care of a simple job right on the spot.
The owner really knows how to listen to what you want and work with you. Theyve been around for years, no wonder!
This place is so disorganized you cant even walk to the front counter
Great work
