A scam of a shop. Would never recommend taking your vehicle there. Paid for rims, tires, and lift January 5th 2021 and come to find out the owner never even ordered any of my parts. What an absolute joke of a business. Only positive was I did get all of my money back!

I dropped off my car and called 3 weeks later to find out what was going on. They acted like they didnt even know my car was there. They charged me $2100 for a job with after market parts that I never authorized. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE- A COMPLETE RIP-OFF. The owner Mike is shisty and only after your money.

Scheduled my oil change an transmission a week ahead I get there at 9am when they open they had not ordered my trans filter or my fuel filters like I asked beings I had the rest of the stuff. I asked when my truck would be done guy in the office said just after lunch. I was picked up around noon because my truck still hadn’t gone in yet an dropped back off at 3 an it was still not done yet I asked what was going on he goes into the shop an you can hear them talking saying they forgot my truck was out there. So they basically rush to get my truck done because it was a Friday an now nearing 5pm. I get the bill an see there’s no fuel filters on the work order guy claims I didn’t tell him that. I leave with my truck don’t make 1/4 mile an check engine light comes on I swing back an tell the guy in office who seems to have a attitude like it’s my fault. Runs the codes it’s pressure related drives it comes back clears codes says it’s good. Never checks fluid level or anything so I drive home an check engine light pops on so I put my code reader on it throws 6 codes I call them of course no answer. Meanwhile transmission is struggling to shift I get home check the dip stick it’s bone dry. So I pay for a service that I had to finish at my house an now wonder what kind of damage they did to my trans sending me on my way with it dry. They clearly can’t handle simple maintenance will never waste my money there again.

Wiil not return ever....just not ready for any type of customer....sad

Bob was so wonderful and fair. I was so glad that he could do what VW of Ocala said ONLY they could do and then some. Bob took good care of me at a FAIR price. My last mechanic wouldnt even test drive my car after repairs, constantly ending up with more problems. Bob is my #1 go to now and their shop is so clean and organized. These ppl have a great business and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of repairs. Going back next WK for an oil change and all the extras that go with it. Sold! One happy customer. Would strongly not recommend . Poor quality . Takes to long to do the work . Don’t seem to know what they are doing . I will not trust with a vehicle of any sort again .

Poor quality . Takes to long to complete will never bring my truck back to this shop . Need new ownership.
