All trucks available customer service was great .

The truck was reliable, ran good, and it was easy on my pocket, local only $29 - $59.

Its an old gas station turned into u-haul man running the place is nice. I called ahead of time to make sure I had a truck. No problems at all.

If u need to rent a uhaul truck this is the place. Medium size trucks is what I seen available. Plus its a automotive kind of shop as well I believe.

Waited 45min for my truck after I reserved it online for a 9AM pick up. They took their time getting to us unapologetically. I understand things can get crazy and busy especially on a Saturday morning, however they were totally disorganized. The office was a mess, and the people working there were slow moving. We get the truck and it had less than a quarter tank of gas and she asked us to return it at the same amount. What? We had over 100 miles to drive that day.The real kicker is after I turned it in Saturday night, I got a call today (Monday) asking when Im turning in the truck. I informed him we dropped it off at the scheduled time and dropped the keys in the lock box as we were told to. He goes oh I guess I should have checked the lot. He proceeds to call me back accusing me of stealing the truck and informed me he was filing a police report. I had to leave work and drive an hour to the police station only for the officer to tell me not to worry and my name wont be involved with the report at all. WHAT THE EFF.I lost time and business over this place.

This guy was easy to work with. I had to extend the use time, and he had no problem with it. Really mellow and nice guy. I appreciated him letting me rent his trailer from him.

Rude. Not sure who answered the phone, but they were incredibly rude, short, and hung up on me.

Caveat emptor do not rent from this place. Ben is a crook! He runs this hole in the wall rental for uhaul. Not only he nickle and dime you. make sure you get a quote for rental charges. I told him I need the vechicle from Oakley to Hayward round trip. He put 300 miles at $1.29 per miles. I showed him a receipt of a full tank fill up. He charged me for gas. These are extra charges he added after I returned the Vechicle. Unscrupulous business practice

Went out of his way to set me up with blankets.... piano mover... deluxe dolly. These things saved me time and money.

Dont rent from this House...YES. it is a residence. The man is rude and confrontational. If you are renting a uhaul and they ask you to go to 2425 Willow in Antioch, Dont go! Decline and go anywhere else.

I bought 20 boxes last year for $25 in Pleasanton. This location is asking $2 each for a SMALL packing box. Almost DOUBLE the price for packing boxes in Oakley! Pricey

Never go here. The cashier lies and she can rent the trucks.

Ben is awesome.I was in a bind to get s small one way trailer for my.move to Arkansas the morning that i contacted him. He was able to make things happen and here I am in Arkansas right now.Thank you Ben!

Called a few times prior to going down there and got no response. Once I got there the man was just sitting in the chair allowing the phone to ring

Completely incompetent, avoid at all cost. Doesnt explain anything and got over charged $400. Find another location that speaks clear consise English. Dont get taken by this place for anything.

Convenient and friendly Uhaul shop.

Booked a truck well in advance for a Saturday move, turned up at location where it took them 10 minutes to help before they advised “oh we don’t have it, didn’t get brought back”No one called, no help offered. We had one day to move.

Great service and they have all sizes of U hauls which is convenient.
