Moved out a year again from oakley, ever since i’ve been trying to cancel a membership for so long and they never pick up the phone.

Moved out of the region months ago and have been trying to cancel the membership ever since but this gym keeps giving me the run around, fake emails and phone numbers. DO NOT GIVE THIS GYM YOUR MONEY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Definitely getting your moneys worth here. Come in anytime you like, free towels, many things to work out with and great owners. What more could you want from a gym

Its low key and Ive had nothing but pleasant experiences with the staff and members. Perfect spot for my boyfriend and I to ease back into gym life.

Its a nice place small and is open 24/7 but they should have a children play area for people that have kids without leaving them home by themselves

They have the worst customer service. They will try to get the most dollar out of your pocket. *Hidden charges/false advertising. NOT only that, their machines and benches are all of low quality. Honest review here. I would love this gym since its so close to my home. But they are just terrible. Step it up with your service.

I wouldn’t waste your time going here. They charged my card for unnecessary fees as well as they never communicated with me when I tried to cancel my membership. I emailed them several times and they never responded. As well as calling them every other day for 2 weeks. They never answer the phone and the staff are very rude. Wouldn’t recommend!

Been here a couple time since I signed up almost three months ago. I like the fact that the facilities is clean, thats a big part to get people through the door . Next part I must say impressed me is that the busiest I have he gym ranging anywhere from 11am -11pm is that there Is no more than 10 other people in there so there is no wait for the machine that you want.plus I dont see much chit chat going on between the gym goers. One is able to just go in work out and leave no questions asked. Last but not least management. Ken ( the owner) has made me feel welcome when I first signed up by explaining to me all the different payment methods that are available. He wasnt too pushy (like some gyms can be) and was willing to let me have a trial workout first to see if the gym was a good fit (which it did). And he is also the boot camp instructor now I havent personally tried those yet so I cant comment on that.

Awful. Absolutely awful, I canceled my membership over 2 years ago. I called, I emailed, and I went in to tell them to stop charging my card. Come to find out, I’m somehow in collections with them for 176$! I paid every month, on time. I even let the month I was charged extra slide! There is no reason I should be in collections with them! I called to find out why and no one answered, big surprise! Awful management, spend the extra 15$ at inshape or city sport

Very convenient in and out no hold ups with conversations everyone in there comes to work and is serious ...equipment could use a upgrade but its good for me at this point Bathrooms are clean ..gym needs water faucet

Friendly staff and friendlier people. Open 24 hours. Enough equipment so you never have to wait for a machine.

Its a nice place they make it seem. But some of the staff and be very rude. Which who wants to pay all that money to catch tone with someone that runs the place. Really disappointed thats have already got a year in advance and now the do t to any sort of refund. I suggest somewhere else fornthenreal qym experience

I love this gym, signed up 3 months ago and it is exactly what they explained. Is a 24 hour gym and is not too busy at peak hours...

Straight forward 24/7 gym no games no gimmicks love the convenience.

Ive been coming here for a year. When I signed up they made us pay extra to work out during the week. Later thet started bootcamp during the week that takes over the entire gym at peak workout times. Now, they have some old lady who harassed me at the front door because she didnt hear the click on my card although it opened the door for me. Note she had a jacket on and was talking on the cell phone out front. Never saw her before had no clue who she was harassing me. She followed me into the gym because she didnt like my attitude when I asked who she was. As nice as the owners and bootcamp lady are this place is a joke. If there was another close gym to be Id go somewhere else.

Another deceptive gym. Highly advertised plan is only for weekend use. They immediately hit you with a 50% increase for the actual membership. Its too bad, I probably wouldve signed up if they just advertised their actual prices.

Very deceptive gym...After submitting a request to cancel my membership with Ken and being reassured it would be done, Ive come to find out IT NEVER GOT DONE...
