Horrible, horrible, horrible Service this morning, from Julius? And lady from Figi. Thank god for the blonde hair lady!!! The lady grom Fiji should be fired!!! Horrible customer service from her!!!!
Ive lived in Oakley for almost 12 years and did not even know this UPS Store existed here! Its like the best secret found! I no longer have to drive out to Brentwood/Sandcreek. They offer multiple services like post office mail boxes, packaging, notary services and more. The staff were very friendly and easy. You can run in and out in 5 mins (considering theres not a long line). Only negative is they need better signs to show their presence!!!
I am so glad to support our local businesses and Im so happy to support and recommend this store. Service and social distancing practices are excellent. I want to commend Tricia for her excellent customer service. She took care of my issue and got it fixed right away. Big shout out to Tricia and her excellent customer service!
I don’t usually leave reviews and i didn’t happen to get the name but whoever was working front desk on 06/17/2020 at 1:55pm is amazing! Worked extremely hard to recover something that I lost and gave a great attitude and customer service. Outstanding work, will go out of my way to get to this UPS location to handle anything shipping. I like to support local businesses, but this place charges 25% higher than posted on the UPS website. Package sizing, destination, and weight was the same. I will go to the UPS Customer facility in Concord next time.
This folks said they attempted to deliver my parcel and no one was there,this iui s the worst lies Ive ever heard from such a big corporation.They never showed up,cant see anytime a delivery whatever was in my property, now you expect to do a thirty mile drive to come pick up. No I wont come, I need seller to refund me. This action is so dumb

This place is always super convenient, but if youre going to box up something to be shipped it is definitely pricey. There was another customer being rung up next to me, she had the employee box a few Christmas items in 1 box and they charged her $18 for the box and tape. I like local businesses but I hate getting overcharge. Recommend going elsewhere unless you have to go there.
Ive been waiting for my package for 4 days. Finally looked at the tracking and it says the receiver requested it to be picked up. I am assuming I am the receiver of my own goodies, and I havent requested that. I wouldve just been waiting for another week until I got fed up. I want to give you half a star, you cant submit false information.
HORRIBLE service I spoke with Christine the manager who refused to release my package based on the terms on the UPS website because she had a letter from head office that did not include that information. A UPS head office manager called her and told her she could release the package based on the UPS pick up terms. He also said he would email her from his UPS email confirming he allows the package to be picked up based on these terms. She still refused. An employee Victor hung up on me twice Christines reasoning for this was because he shouldn’t have to stay on the phone and debate terms and conditions with me.There’s lots more to write on my experience but I’ve wasted enough time. This store has horrible service and should lose their UPS contract if the refuse to abide by the ups terms and conditions. I was only asking them to follow their own guidelines and and follow what was told to me and them by ups and listed on the website.Horrible customer service.

The website and their door sign says they are open until 5 PM today, Saturday 9/15/18. Went there at 4:30 pm and found out they were closed. Another customer was also surprised to find them closed early. Your customers rely on you, UPS!!! Change your hours and door sign to reflect when you are actually open!!! Very disappointed customer.

Rude notary and rude staff....reluctant to give management information for a situation that resulted in discrimination. I am in contact with the UPS complaint department and wont stop until those people learn.
