There really are no words to describe the excellent job these guys did on my 2021 Honda Civic after a rear end crash, they left my car perfectly flawless, like new! There is no difference in paint, tonality or gloss, all perfectly aligned, they really exceeded any expectations I had. The attention since I arrived was fantastic, I spoke with Frank and made the valuation, then Scott called my insurance company and arranged a rental car for me and then he took me to pick it up. Frank spoke to me every week to let me know about the progress of my car, for me it is a premium workshop with more than five stars! Many thanks to Frank, Scott, Paul, Lumpy, Jesse and Robert. I was worried to bring my car due to the fact that I prefer taking my car straight to the dealership. Scott and team took my car, gave me excellent service, kept me looped in on any updates, were flexible with pick up time and worked around my work schedule. When I picked up my car it was cleaner than when I leave it with BMW, Scott walked me thru the work and had me visually confirm my approval, was genuinely kind to my toddler who joined me for pick up and an added bonus was that they observe CDC guidelines for mask & sanitation. I have been here more times than I care to admit. Scott treats everybody like a friend and always does great work. The paint jobs he has done have been better than what comes from the factory.Hes helped us, our neighbors, heck even my sister in law out. Wow. Not sure where to start. My vehicle was struck parked during the Covid Crisis. Let me first start by saying family owned businesses are the way. Scott the son of the owner is awesome. Very accommodating even after hours, and the owner a man of very few words but he for-sure knows how to run and operate a business.My car was given to me in better condition than before. Obviously the work is top notch, but where they really capitalize is the small things. The textual updates, phone calls, and bending over backwards.Picked up my car today and it was detailed inside and out, they even provide you with a little gift bag of candy assortments and a reusable bags for shopping. While some argue free advertising. I say they hit it right with valuing their customers. My initial response upon picking up my car was to call others.They have for-sure earned our business for the duration in time in which we are here. Huge shout out to Oakley Collision for making an already stressful time seamless and easy.

I walked in needing a side window replaced Scott was able to fit me in. An hour and 20 minutes later I left with a new window. He was careful to clean the broken glass including inside the door frame so it wouldnt rattle.

In the middle of the quarantine they came to my home and picked up my car and they returned it as well after all the work was done for s true contactless experience. Additionally, they kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. Thorough and professional.

I had a minor issue with paint scratches and was referred to Oakley Collision by my insurance company. While the repair took about a week, it was done flawlessly. There was a minor issue when I picked up the vehicle and Scott stood behind his work 100%. The issue was resolved and Scott proved to be customer oriented and helpful. During the repair process, Scott called with updates so I never had to wonder what the status of my repair was. I appreciated the professionalism of this shop, the excellent quality of the repair, and I would recommend this shop to others.

Highly recommend Oakley Collision Center (OCC) for all your auto body needs. Calling this location after a car accident to check availability for repairs they were very caring & professional, not only asking about the car that was damaged but on my well being. They made me feel like I was more than just a customer.Dropping off car for estimate & repairs was quick and easy, Paul kept me company while Scott and RJ did the estimate. They made sure I understood what the process was when dealing with another insurance company...basically they took car of it all from the time I got a claim number. A BIG stress relief especially when I seen the quote from the other insurance company, way less.OCC kept me updated on the status of repairs as promised. Once my car was complete and I picked it up, I couldn’t be happier with the repairs. The repairs and paint job that had to be done was terrific. OCC would definitely be body shop I would recommend to family and friends and bring my business back to!! I have used this shop for years. I started when it was under the previous ownership, and have never had a negative experience. Sadly living in the bay area and driving all over, I get my fair share of fender benders. Most recently after being rear ended in my car while working in San Francisco by another car who was an Uber Driver, I called Scott and he took my car in and without any issues, worked with the insured and got my car put back together good as new. I will continue to use Oakley Collision as they have always been super helpful. I totally believe in supporting small business and local business. I hope you do too! Scott & Matt are nice guys, but as far as the repairs fender looks pretty good, but the car doesnt drive right & they had it for 8 weeks charged over $9000. Not happy.
