Fairview did a great job of removing and replacing our heating and A/C unit. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.Their employee named Chase, did an exceptional job in completely the task on his own during the second day of our job. His level of skill and customer service are exceptional. Fairview is lucky to have him! Once the job was complete, he left our house and outside completely clean and immaculate.

My AC went out, very warm in home. I called to ask for the earliest appt day/time and they were able to fit me in same day. So thankful! Bart arrived on time and was so pleasant and professional. He explained everything very thoroughly and was able to repair the unit same day. I would highly recommend this company (youd be lucky to have Bart too!), they are honest, professional and do a great job.

Checked hvac unit and were timely and efficient. The tech Bart informed us of what we could expect going forward. All and all it was one of the best experiences with a service company Ive ever had. Would recommend highly.

Technician was nice, however he did not know what he was doing at all. He stated my LG Dual Inverter was completely empty of freon. He then stated he called his boss and they declined to work on the system. They did not charge me a service fee.I had California Mechanical come out today and the technician reset the unit and it came on. Pressure checked system and it was a little low on Freon. He leaked checked the whole system and found one fitting at the unit slightly loose. Topped of Freon and system works great now.I would not recommend Fairview for these individual head units as they do not know what they are doing!

Jerry Silva and Chase were very professional and efficient. All our questions were answered and explained patiently and knowledgeably. They respected our requests and left all work areas clean. We had to sympathize with Chase for surviving such a small crawl space to do duct work.

Bart showed up on time, checked the a/c air flow, changed filter, checked capacitor -installed new one, added a surge protector I requested due to PG&E turning off electrical grid 2 times in one week. Glad I had this surge protector installed b/c 4 hrs later the power went off and on 2 times within 10 minutes. Power surges will destroy fans, pumps, compressors etc.The reading on the furnace air blower was low -installed a new one.Renewed by annual maintenance agreement with $50 rebate -so worth it!If you are an annual maintenance customer you get 15% off parts.Pro-active maintenance is the only way to keep appliances and equipment from breaking down at the worst time. Its cheaper in the long run to replace parts before a break down -especially during 100 degree weather. Plus, its more affordable as you spread the cost over years as you make repairs, rather than one whopping lump sum for a total replacement of a/c and/or furnace.I know Im in good hands with Fairview HVAC. Also, I do my part in changing filters every 2 to 3 months (use 3 month Filtrete micro allergen filters)

This is a great small company that offers a great product. Their communication was excellent and they didn’t try to oversell their product. They explained the entire process and assisted with financing options. The installation was very professional and resulted in a significant improvement from our original system while also improving the existing ductwork. The new system is really quiet and seems to work quite efficiently. Just what I was looking for. Very pleased.

There were no pressured sales tactics, it was very much like I was talking with a person Ive known forever and just honest opinions.The installers were great guys. Our furnace died a couple of days before Christmas. It’s 24 years old, and we fully expected to hear it needed to be replaced. The tech was right on time (super friendly!), and walked us through the simple repair. We asked about making it more efficient, and he came up with a couple of options. After hearing that our unit was totally fine and should last at least a few more years, we decided to upgrade the fan. We had another service call when the part came in, and things are running smoothly. We will definitely be using Fairview again, and will recommend them whenever we can. I spoke with Robert Conner about my search for such a system. He was extremely knowledgeable and even though we quickly learned that his company wouldnt be able to do the work I wanted to do, he was still willing to help me understand the pros and cons of various systems. Robert sold me a unit that I then installed myself with his expert advice. He couldnt have been more generous with his time, nor could he have been more friendly. Im a senior citizen and have been around long enough to know excellent customer service when I experience it. Our AC wasnt bringing the house down to temp. The repair guy diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. This company also has very good communication skills. If they cant make it to the appointment, they dont leave you hanging. The tech couldnt make the original appointment because he was out sick, but they let me know right away, and we rescheduled.

I have always received a very thorough check of either the heating or cooling system (depending on season of year) and been advised of any item that was marginal but still functional so I could decide whether to take car of it then or wait until it failed and risk being without that system for a while. Called for service on December 28, appointment was timely. However Im calling back on January 7 & 10 for an unresolved issue of which I have not received resolution. I was told receiving excellent airflow, however my heater continues to turn off before reaching the desired temperature. Looking for timely follow-up and resolution.

I do recommend Fairview Heating/Air whenever discussing issues/problems with friends. I’ve relied on them for 20 years to take care of our unit. When ours finally failed and it was time for a new one. We were horrified at the the thought of coming up with thousands of dollars. Jerry helped with some finance options & rebates which helped tremendously. We have our new unit maintained twice a year for a reasonable fee and that keeps it running efficiently as well as keeps it in warranty. Great company!

Our heater has an intermittent problem it turns on but turns off right away. I called Fairview Heating and Air Conditioning and got an appointment the following day.
