Last night I went to this laundromat to do my small load of laundry of stuff that had gotten wet from the crazy storm we had. I was able to find a parking spot right on front, got my laundry and detergent ready, and before I even walked in my car died and the wind blew my doors shut locking my keys, wallet, and phone inside. I was so frustrated as it was pouring rain still and I now had no idea what to do. I sat my laundry on the trunk of my car and started asking strangers if I could use their phone for a minute. Not too long after multiple people had turned me down, Michael, the owner/manager of this facility came out offering to help. He first tried to open my doors, then allowed me unlimited access to his phone for the evening, and even let me borrow money to do my laundry while I waited for help. I ended up waiting for the tow truck for over 6 hours, long past the facility closed. But Michael was set on not letting me wait out in the dark, pouring storm alone. Michael went above and beyond for a stranger stuck outside his place. This proved he does not run his place to make money, he stepped out to help another human in need of a hand. Thats great customer service.Oh and this facility really is immaculate. He has three huge folding tables, large washers & dryers, a clean bathroom, and an inviting space. Overall the place looked great and the people are worth supporting!

Beware: this laundromat will take advantage of loyal customers. The spin cycle of washers will occasionally not function properly and leave your clothes soaking, dripping wet. Then, the woman working there will tell you to pay for another wash and would not restart the spin cycle. Could not get my money back which is really sad after being a customer for two years. This place is already really expensive $$$ so if youre on a budget go elsewhere.

Regular neighborhood laundromat. Clean, well lit, attendant is attentive, good change machine, machine purchase of soaps etc. Laundry and dry cleaning also done on request. Convenient for walking not much parking.

Omg a little gem. Sparkley clean and not expensive. Has lots of machines and attendant and free wifi. Open till 10pm

Patrons beware. Brought shirts to laundry and was charged $6/shirt for dry cleaning when I picked it up. They either pretend not to understand you or just ignore instructions to charge you the maximum amount. Once I explained that nobody dry cleans a $20 shirt - they made no effort to make things right which means that this was the intent to defraud an unsuspecting customer.There is a great Russian word for it:naebalovo a quite apt definition for those that know what it means.

This place is a total rip off! 33 minutes on a heavy wash cycle. Not to mention the Office Lady is very rude seems to hate her job and her life. 🤷‍♀️

Super clean and chill place...a bit more money than others but totally worth it knowing your clothes are staying clean while taking them out of the washers

They said if I use hot water for wash will pay extra 50cents extra but one mashin require 50 cents other mashin not require.I ask owner said if you wash hot water need 50cents gold water not.Which is if all mashin require but is not they just scammed like that.For me 50cents if no big deal only why every mashin is different.I definitely report scam!!!
