I hired them to serve someone. That happened. I called back to get some information on the service. The owner answered the phone. I asked to speak with a specific person. The owner just gave me a hard time, tried to make sure I would speak with him, and him alone, tried to assert his *power* as owner. I insisted on speaking with Barbara, and the owner scoffed and insulted me (yes, you read that correctly) and was clearly going to make sure I would speak with him, and not Barbara. I finally hung up. He had my money, and after that, I no longer mattered, except as someone to kick around so he felt strong. The owner is clearly abusive.

I ordered this company to retrieve some court files. They charge more expensive and I presume they offer a better service, which is a mistake. I never get the documents I ordered. The company claimed they mailed it but did not keep any records. They refused to give me any copy of the files or any receipt of the court fee they spent. They told me I have to take the risk and refuse any discount when I asked them to do the job again. Go to the nearby S&R Service and they are doing well and charge at a lower rate.
