This was truly the worst experience of my life with a hair stylist. I set up an appointment on-line to color my gray roots and get my hair styled. Upon being turned away from the mirror, the salon owner puts a perm in my hair. After realizing what had happen, I notified the stylist who looked up my information and confirmed the mistake. My hair was naturally curly, and I have never had a perm. She put some type of conditioner on my hair, and I ended up leaving the salon without getting my hair styled. Most of my hair have fallen out, and she fraudulently charged my credit card. This woman acts like she is on drugs. Beware!!!

I think we can all relate to having to change your hairstylist and look for a new stylist and realm of worries to be had when trusting someone you don’t know. Weaves are costly and I always have the fear of being stuck with a hairdo I don’t like for a couple months .Tiffany is knowledgeable and professional. The shop was clean with a Tiffany Cafe theme/decor. Loved it. She did a great job on my hair. You would think I had a complete makeover judging from the loads of compliments I’m getting from men and women and work.I work in a large high school setting and am in a leadership position. I also work with people who are not all that familiar with black hair so when the hair style change is drastic or non done well you get a lot of questions.Tiffany totally understood and hands down asking questions the entire time and did a great job. Instead of a bunch of questions I got smiles and compliments!

Very bad experience !!I tried to make an appointment and sent two pictures of my current hair and the transition I wanted a month ago. I make an appointment and she asks for the pictures again I send them the day before and she forces me to cancel the appointment !!! Charged me a 24$ fee for what nothing !! Also not abiding by COVID 19 protocols just sayin 🤷🏽‍♀️ Unprofessional and unhelpful. Most hairdressers have the products needed. Wouldn’t advise 💯

I recently relocated from the east coast to the west. Back home it took me a couple of stylist until I met Mecca in upstate New York (look her up if you’re over there), but with a new job in Cali, I kept trying to find a stylist and was coming up uncomfortable with the prospects. Late one night when my new growth was too much to ignore, I made a snap decision to find a stylist. Finally, I came across Hair Glamour. Let me tell you guys about Tiffany. FIRST of ALL, I booked my sew in appointment at like 1am . She text me immediately and let me know a consultation was required before she could agree to do my hair. I sent her pictures and explained my situation and yes, at 1am she was extremely understanding and we made plans to meet the next day. I brought my hair with me and learned the company I ordered it from sent me the wrong closure. Tiffany was very knowledgeable about their tactics and advised me of how to place the proper order, but warned me China would be on holiday so the closure might not reach me by the time of my appointment. Long story short, over the next week it was a non stop text-a-thon of me sending Tiffany different closures and options and she was 100 percent patient towards me and full of knowledge about what to do. I have a ton of natural hair(picture with bun), and she neatly got all of it under this weave and did an amazing job with my 360. I also watched as she worked on other clients and when I go natural in January, I am absolutely going to trust her with my hair ! 10/10 would recommend. I lucked out finding her and consider this review my pay it for it. She is great. Oh!!! And she sold this miracle hair product too that can give the most dried out hair LIFE. Hair Glamour - Get into it!!

The owner listens and applies her knowledge when it comes to Black hair. I drive 35miles to receive her services! No complaints.
