Me and my honey kinda messed up and sent payment to wrong office, and when we went into the local office the rep. was very professional and helpful. We appreciate her time and effort she put in to adhere to our issues. I give them a 5 and I am referring them to those I know.Thanks for caring guys 👦❤
They are so incredibly unprofessional they need to be shut down. They keep lying about what they can and can’t do the people who work here are hardcore scammers.
This has to be the worst company. Countless illegal actions taken place. They charge you a late fee if you do not pay your bill five days before due date. If you ask for things in writing you will never receive it. I filed at least three grievances not once did I get a response nor did they provide conformation email of events that took play. Poor customer services rude and hostile. Theses kind of sketchy company should be held to the same standards as the good ones. Someone needs to look into Fred loya business practices. This company is problematic and fraudulent.
Dont get their insurance, they suck, dont want to pay claims theyll use every excuse, and drag claims forever.

The office is close to San Leandro, very good service but unfortunately the one in San Lorenzo deverian to change the staff is very stressful, the girl is there and has a very bad attitude, it is supposed to be customer service and with that clear attitude It is preferable to find another office, I would not return or make a payment to San Lorenzo
