I called to receive an estimate for pool service. Steve, who said he is the owner, was very rude and not helpful at all. I asked if he could look at the pump as well as the chemical test he was performing. He said that nobody is paying him to be here and would not look at it. I was shocked. He then proceeded to say he didnt need the business bc he already had 15,000 customers and he picked up and left. Dont bother calling this company bc it is a waste of time and they dont care about helping the customer.

Awesome and quick service....had a new motor for pool pump installed by Ed. You can tell hes a pro at what he does. Hes also super cool looking. I would definitely recommend this company.........J. Lorenzo

We have a new construction home with a black surfaced pool. The pool installer delivered the pool completely out of wack chemically. After a search I found Downtown Pools. They took over and helped us rebalance the pool after it was drained and refilled. Steve, an owner, is a wizard. Apparently black pools are really tough to maintain but I rely on Steve and he has yet to disappoint me. Eduardo is our weekly guy and is superb. Last Corey in the office is amazingly dependable. If you want a dependable pool company, please call Downton Pools, I am one very happy customer!

I have used Downtown Pools for at least 5 yrs now. I have never had any problems with them. They have been informative and, I believe given me correct advice. I think if people think there Filters are too costly than maybe that is something you can do on your own. I am too busy to do that. They also take care of my pools every week for a fair price. If I have had a concern or issue with pool service they have taken care of it. I like to do business with people who are customer oriented.

I have used Downtown Pools for over a year now. They maintain my pool weekly and I am paying what I believe is a fair price. I have a vintage pool and they have been able to handle repairs quickly and efficiently. I also had them install a salt water conversion. Their repairman/installer Ed is the best and always does a professional job.

Joe, at Downtown Pools, is my go to guy. It is nice to have someone reliable in the neighborhood.Last week, I had a problem with my salt cell control panel. Joe came over at the end of the day on his own time, immediately figured out the problem, and then located the needed replacement parts for me on a product that is no longer manufactured. This place is absolutely amazing they know their stuff! If you ever need your pool re done or any pool supplies Downtown pools is highly recommended.

I have used a number of different pool supply stores in Broward County but out of all of them I find Downtown Pools to be the best in not only pricing but in employee knowledge. The water analysis system is spot on giving the exact formula of chemicals to be added to your pool. Dont believe any of the naysayers who have written bad reviews they are just not true.

I just used Downtown Pools to fix the led lights in my 5 year old pool, I was referred to them from my neighbor and they are located near my house. From the initial phone call to the repair they were super professional, on time and the repair cost was fair. They diagnosed the problem as a bad installation by the original pool company 5 years ago that kept burning out my costly led bulbs. Everything is fixed and I would absolutely recommend Downtown Pools.

The owner is the most rude person I have ever dealt with. Dont waste your time here.

I had a problem with my pool pump motor which I thought it needs to be replaced after it stopped suddenly so I took it and the guy checked it for me and it worked. The problem was with the timer. Thanks for your advice.

This place is Joke. No business skills. They will charge you a different price on the same item because the way you look or talk. Buyer Beware.
