Amazing, easy and seamless move. Nicholas was informative from the first phone call I made to inquire and get some general information for moving a piano. They truly care about the instrument and I notice they even have special moving tools to make sure no damage occurs. I have used Grandmasters Pianos for both piano storage (twice) and tuning (14 years) and I highly recommend them. I have a Young Chang baby grand and had to store it for about 7 months while our new home was being built. They were easy to work with on both the pickup in Coral Springs and delivery to Fort Myers. Nicholas is professional and his movers take their time and care while preparing for storage and in the delivery and re-assembly process. Im very satisfied with Grandmasters Pianos!!

There arent enough nice things to say about this company! Nicholas Palmer worked with me every step of the way explaining in detail pricing (very reasonable), how they inspect it, and what services they provide for refurbishment. They took a 94 yr old Knabe out a third story apartment in 20 minutes flat and brought it back to life in three weeks. This piano hadnt been touched in over 30 years and was filthy. Nicholas told me exactly what they were going to do and sent me pictures and gave me updates during the entire process. They saved a family heirloom and ill always be grateful. Fantastic experience with Grandmasters Pianos. My 40 year old baby grand didn’t make it unscathed in a move from one place to another due to my own negligence. I called Grandmasters and they took care of everything. Pickup, repair of a very cracked leg and lyre, cleaning and delivery was all amazing. Dean does amazing work and Nicholas kept me posted with pictures every step of the way. I felt confident that they were going to take care of everything after our very first conversation. While most people posting their reviews here relate to their buying, or service experience, my experience didnt require either. In fact, if my experience is any reflection on what a buying customer can expect, then I would expect only the BEST from Grandmasters Pianos!I called Grandmasters looking for them to refer me to someone from whom I could buy two wood piano knobs. I reached Nicholas (we share the same first name), who listened as I presented my dilemma, since it was a very specific color wood and size. He asked me to send him a picture of what I needed. The next thing I knew, he responded back quickly with a perfect replacement, saying come on in and their yours!So, in this age of lowered expectations, I was greatly surprised by both his quick response and willingness to help save me from the trouble of searching further locally (no one else that I called could help me....or didnt want to take the trouble to help me), or have me try to order what I thought I needed from some online source.Grandmasters is at the top of my list when I need anything piano from now on. I highly recommend this company. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, knowledgable, and accommodating. They were there when they said they would be and were efficient and pleasant. We made several changes and it was no problem. They also offered numerous dates for pickup and delivery so we didnt have to wait long at all to get the job done.

Have had this company move my piano a few times now. They even moved it in between two counties. Nicholas helped very much and worked with me on some special items I wanted for the piano.The day of the moving went smooth. They even fixed my pedals on the piano, which had come off in an unrelated incident. I didnt have to ask for this and they didnt even do an additional charge for it.If you need any kind of work done from tuning, moving, or restoration, Grandmasters is the place to go. Theyre very informative, truthful and upfront. You cant ask for a better service from a company who treats their clientele with the utmost respect.

Phenomenal job!!!! I cannot express how happy I was with Nicholas service. He went above and beyond to help me. They were the ONLY ones the could change my casters because everyone I called either couldnt do it or didnt do it. I have a beat up piano but I was not pressured into any other service, which I was afraid I would be. Nicholas gave me a few tips and that was it. I will never look for anyone else. Its a family business so its an A plus from me. Trust me, call them, you wont be disappointed. I forgot to mention, I live in Kendall and they are in Fort Lauderdale, traveling was not an issue either. :)

As long as I have a piano, Grandmasters will be tuning it. Ive had Ed tuning and maintaining my piano for over 10 years. It always sounds great. And lately, Ive had several keys that either dont play or stick. When he leaves, it always fixed and playing properly. These guys are very knowledgeable and professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

A great group of people who are very passionate about their work! Its fun to meet people who actually love what they do and just want to show other people! They have a huge warehouse in the back where they can do anything custom for you like a piano bookshelf or really anything you can imagine! You can also buy old disks or rent a piano or buy spare parts! It is truly a one stop shop! Thanks for the great customer service guys!

I am the proud owner of a 1925 Steinway B - and thanks to Dean Palmer at Grandmasters, I have added monetary value to my estate and enjoyment of playing the piano that is beyond description. Most impressive was watching the piano being fully restored. During the refinishing, I observed over as many days, 14 separate coats of lacquer applied and sanded, building up from bare wood all the way to the final Satin Rub. We contacted Grandmasters to tune the used piano we recently got. They were very responsive and came out to tune the piano right away. Ed Vogt tuned the piano and was very knowledgeable. Hired Grandmasters Pianos to move a baby grand that we recently purchased privately. They contacted me while in-route to the pick-up location to let me know they were on their way and they arrived a few minutes early. The movers carefully and efficiently disassembled the lyre and legs, wrapped the piano, loaded and secured the piano in the truck. After a short drive, the piano was moved into our house, re-assembled and positioned in the room. The movers were very courteous and professional. We will need to move another piano in a couple of months and will definitely use these piano movers again.

Used for several years with good service. Horrible experience last time. Very high storage rate and very evasive when i wantef it back (remodeling complete) Promise to call me back 4 time ...didnt Wants to sell you cleaning, tuning on and on but i simply want the piano returned. Finally a date schedule but lied saying they had a blanket insurance policy required by my building and saying it was on file. was not. Settled but then the pick up guys brought legs which were not for my piano.Should there service be COMPLETELY FREE NO WAY !

The least professional service Ive ever experienced. I had verbally sold my spinet piano to the owner for nearly nothing after explicitly describing the condition of the piano. I was moving out of state and needed it picked up ASAP and they failed to pick it up on multiple occasions when I was guaranteed someone would be there this time. I left, but arranged to have someone there to let the guys in to pick it up on my final attempt and when they got there they said they wouldnt buy it anymore but would CHARGE me $150 to dump it. At this point Im states away and trying to re-release my apartment so I had no choice but to agree and pay for it. Not only was I deceived, but I was duped into shady business practices and what I believe is a complete POS company. NEVER sell anything to them or expect professionalism or follow through.

Its been months since the owner purchased a piano from us, however after countless phone calls asking where payment is, and reassurances each time, its either on its way, or about to be sent, it appears Mr. Palmer has still not fulfilled his word.
