DreamARK Events did an amazing job. They arrived on time and got everything set up beautifully for the gender reveal party I hosted! They also cleaned everything afterwards and sent me photos of the cleaned room. They couldn’t have made this process any easier. I will absolutely use them in the future!

My friend had his birthday party at DreamARK about a year ago, and I just got around to actually watching the video of us doing this. It was one of the funnest experiences I have ever had, and it was a great birthday party idea. The staff and instructors were great and made sure the experience was enjoyable.

Told me they had everything for a babyshower took 2 days to get everything done with paper work, back and forth, then at the end they said its already booked dont use them not professional. Now I have to try to find some else on last minute thanks for nothing!

Let me say this... My set up was beautiful!! Pictures came out wonderful and my family and I enjoyed the scenery. In the beginning of booking my event I met w/Roza and gave her all the details in what I was looking for, she even made suggestions to meet my vision for my baby shower. I specifically asked her if she provides linens and a baby shower chair into the package deal that we discussed. She said yes and went ahead and send over a proposal for me to choose. It took me awhile to make my decision on what I wanted, but at the end I send over my proposal to her. Everything totalled up to roughly $660. The day of my baby shower, I received no linens and no baby shower chair. I was soooo upset but I knew I had to find a way to enjoy my day. Yes the backdrop was beautiful but for $660 dollars, no chair & no linens included into the package it is not worth it. I also explained my frustrations to her the night of and she refused to understand anything that I was saying to her. In her defense, because the linens and chair was not included in the email proposal she was not obligated to provide it. If youre on a budget and want the best package deal yet, this is not the place. She is horrible on communication, doesnt look out for her customers and is only here for the money instead of the service. I am giving them three stars because like I said, my backdrop was the talk!! I am over it and moving on but this company will never get my recommendation to anyone.

Words cannot express my satisfaction with the quality of work and professionalism provided by DreamARK. Roza is absolutely wonderful. I have used them for several events since 2016. Each time the final product was beautiful. Whatever ideas or vision I had, DreamARK made it a reality. In 2016, blue, white and silver balloon art for my husbands 50th birthday. It was the talk of the party. In July 2017, blue and yellow balloon arch with white floral centerpieces added a touch of elegance to my nephews wedding. In August 2017, black, gold and red balloon columns with an arch in the middle with my friends name(absolutely gorgeous). Finally, for my 50th birthday in September, there was ceiling draping with white lighting. It gave ambiance to the blue and lime green setting throughout the room. There are many more events for me to plan and DreamARK will be my first call for decorative assistance.

My daughters party is the 21th. We communicated thru email. At first it took almost a week before we got a response back. We went back forth for about a week before we finally asked to come in. We made a appointment and when we came inThe lady we were suppose to meet with was 20 minutes late. We did sit about 15 minutes and go thru what we were looking for. We left and about a week with no follow up I called. The lady we saw answered and said the specific pillows we were look for the company was booked and they were still looking. There was a dead silence on the phone and she hung up. I honestly felt like you on behalf of the company you work for made no effort. You made no attempt to make a sale or give us different options or different pricing. We were ready to commit. Honestly its as if you assumed we did not have the money.
