Verizon authorized reseller, not a corporate store. Clever branding makes them look corporate until it matters. Overall if you need something quick they can probably help you, but for anything complex they seem out of their depth.

Find a different location if you want service. Was greeted by a homeless man sitting in the “lobby” and then sat for 15 mins without either of the 2 employees saying a word to me.

I signed up for a phone plan here and whoever the guy was that signed me up snuck in additional charges on my bill of $22.49 per month for things I did not ask for nor did he explain to me. Its a shame someone would do this who is trying to make an un-moral extra dollar from commission off of you. If you go here be very careful and really review all of the papers they make you sign. Make sure you double check for additional charges that they will not tell you about. Or just go to a different phone carrier. Once this contract is over I will be going with T-mobile.

The entire team at this location are top notch. Answered every question asked with a smile and very informative answers, giving me multiple options based on what I was looking for. I came there with my daughter and they were also kind and friendly with her. I would highly recommend going here if you are in need of any type of mobile device and or accessories. 2 thumbs up for sue!!

I went in to look at new phones and they had a great deal that I couldnt refuse. Very good customer service!! Very helpful with showing me all the features with patience. Also I had to resolve a billing issue that I didnt know if they would resolve and Rene, the store manager went above and beyond and got it done immediately! Verizon is by far better service than any other carrier I have had before. Anyone can sell you a phone but it is great when they can back it up with great service after the purchase.

The store is clean, easy to navigate and seems to have all the latest products. I got the best service from Rene! He is very patient, knowledgeable and concise. I am not the most technologically apt person but he made it easy for me to understand my new phone and its benefits. Many times employees at these stores are patronizing and condescending if youre not interested in the hottest new device. That is not a worry if Rene is assisting you. Highly recommend visiting this location for your Verizon needs.

My nephew was in town for a leadership conference and (with just over an hour to spare) Pablo was great in answering all of his questions, seamlessly moving his service from a Sprint family plan, and in choosing the best new phone for his usage needs. I came in with a new phone from work. I had spent hours trying to switch my contacts. Morgan had infinite patience, deleted 1000 contacts that I had somehow replicated accidentally, then switched ALL my info, messages everything to the new phone. All with a great attitude and smile. Love this location. I will be back if I need anything!

Customer Service is something that is slowly fading away from most businesses but NOT HERE! This place has outstanding staff which are highly educated with each individual electronic device and will be able to help and answer any of your questions and concerns. Everyone loves to share the reasons they hate their wireless carrier, but Tito and his staff show you exactly why its good to be a Verizon customer, SERVICE. Top notch service by Tito with helping me get a much needed new phone. Everything was explained in a concise manner and not only did I walk out with a new phone, but Tito made sure I was getting the best deal on my data plan as well as the best protection for the phone with a new case and screen protector that come with great warranties. By far, this is the most well-run operation of any wireless store Ive been into in the Ft Lauderdale area.

Went in just to pay a bill at about 3:30 the day after Christmas granted the store was busy. But no one acknowledged that I had walked in. no one said hi. no one said Ill be with you in one moment. I was only going in the store because its close to my work. If you are not far from the Oakwood Plaza Verizon store I would highly recommend going there the staff is excellent

I do not recommend this store. I bought a new phone from them on black Friday and due to the fact that I did not want to break my new phone decided to spend $50 on their tempered glass screen protector. A little over a month later the screen protector popped off and is no longer adhesive. I attempted to return the screen protector after a little over a month and was told that the only thing they can do for me is give me a discount on a new screen protector. I explained that I thought it was a terrible product and that I did not want a new screen protector and asked if they carried a different version. I was told that that is the only one they carry, despite the fact that there are many more available for less expensive on Amazon and other online retailers. Due to the fact that this is not an actual Verizon store but a certified retailer, you are not going to get good customer service. I would not shop here again.

Kendall was courteous and efficient. He handled multiple customers at the same time while managing my complicated account changes, insurance changes and device upgrade.Give this young man a raise! Competent customer service and sales personnel are few in this area.

Outstanding!!!Every time we happen to need assistance we head right in & the staff is amazing. Stayed an hour later to get my problem solved, Verizon customer service is the best. Nice store, not too busy. Easy access, easy parking. Not a large staff, so you might have to wait, but you get personal servive.

Great customer service theyre very determined and very stubborn when it comes to satisfying the customer they do whatever it takes no long lines you dont have to take a number and make an appointment I recently had my phone with Sprint was dropping calls and losing business because it was my business line I was so desperate to get away from Sprint I gave $500 to buy out of my contract since Ive went to Verizon I have not had one dropped or missed call I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend whatever company you are with switch to Verizon thanks guys you save me

I was happy when I walked into the store. The staff was friendly however, they will sell you into buying things you do not need. You need to Listen Between The Lines. They worked out a special for me to pay off my old phone and Trade it in for the Samsung S8. I pay off my phone and the store will give me $200.00 in store credit. The Sales Rep told me I was signed up for Go Wireless Pro Advantage Reward Program. I asked him if there is a charge, he said no. When I came home and checked my receipt, I see a charge of $79.99 for the Go Pro Advantage. He never asked me if that is something I would like to sign up for. I honestly do not need the program. I could have used the funds for something else.So now I am stuck with this program. He toldThen the Sales Agent failed to tell me there is a one time $30.00 upgrade charge. In addition, the Sales Rep added on the Insurance when I told him I did not want it right now, I will think about. Caught it and removed it from my plan before my next bill comes out. I will give them credit on waiving the taxes for me and staying late for all my information transferring from one phone to another. However, I am the type of customer that likes choices, where I am making the decision of what to purchase. I like to know what to expect. I came to this store as I knew there would be no wait and quicker service. Do yourself a favor, if you have problems with your phone go to the Verizon Store on Federal. The wait is longer but the staff is helpful and will advise you on charges to expect.

For cell phone repair in Fort Lauderdale this is a great place to go. I also purchased a new android phone at this electronics store while I was their at a good price. Verizon phones are worth paying for, the service is always up all the time.

The store on power line drive didnt help me at all. They couldnt run to Computer. Then I came to the store on 18th and commercial Boulevard and they helped me immensely. They knew what they were doing. They help me fix my phone. Great bunch of people.

Do your self a favor and go to a real VERIZON STORE, this is a GO WIRELESS store - They are not listed on Verizon website because they are not an actual Verizon store, they just try to look like one - These guys are shady to say the least. They have totally messed up all my contacts on 2 different occasions which cost me lots of time and frustration - then they blame me and take no responsibility. This time it was a new phone from an insurance claim - replacing the same exact phone and they still jumbled up all my contact - last time they blamed my old phone for being too old (2 yrs - thats the length of the contract) - shouldnt there be a way to migrate contacts without completely losing all organization and creating tons of duplicates? Now I have every email address that has either sent to or from my phone in my contact list, so I have to manually clean a list of thousands of contacts - Thanks guys.Also it says here that they are open until 9:00pm, but I went by there last night at 8:15 and there were customers walking out as I was pulling in. by the time I parked and got up to the door, they had cut the lights and locked the door - 45 min early?? I looked at the door and noticed that they have scraped off the hours of operation to look like this Mon - Fri :00 - :00I have had enough of these guys - So unprofessional - I will never give them my business again.Verizon service is great - these guys suck.

A few weeks ago my husband and I walked into this Verizon store after a visit to an apple store and not being able to get anything done, needless to say the guys at this location know their stuff, Jay was able to fix our dilema, gave us multiple options and we got a new phone for my husband. today we went back to upgrade my daughters phone and once again Jays service was exceptional, we got a thorough explanation of our future charges and what to look forwardin our next bill. Deeanna, Logan, Jay and the store manager Klaus are hands down the best in the business.

The best place as a electronic store Fort Lauderdale is ever going to have. Me and my wife have the fondest memories purchasing iphones and androids here and now we just got a samsung galaxy the other day. The people here were so helpful it could make you cry almost, why arent other business as good as they are. I think I am going to model my business exactly the way this Verizon Wireless store is being ran.They seem to be very considerate here about how they take care of their customers. And they do some of the best quality in cell phone repair. Of all the places I have been in life this is a place that will take care of you, and thanks again Verizon.

NIGHTMARE! - We were promised $650 per line when turning in our old phones and switching to Verizon from Sprint.We switched on October 25th 2016 and are still calling in every 10 days to argue and plead our case for getting our $650 gift cards.We still have yet to receive any compensation from verizon or 1 consistent monthly bill, 3 LINES IS COSTING ALMOST $300 per month!After a documented chat session promising our $1,950.00, all of our submission IDs, website tracking numbers, fed-ex tracking/shipping info we still have not received any compensation or a guarantee that we will!ALMOST 6 MONTHS LATER AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE $1900 I PAID SPRINT FOR OUR PHONES THAT WE MAILED INTO VERIZON AND FOR THE CONTRACT TERMINATION.TOTSLLY DISGUSTED WITH EVERY REPRESENTATIVE THAT WEVE DEALT WITH THUS FAR.THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS SCAM IS THAT WHEN YOU GO INTO A VERIZON STORE THEY ADVISE YOU THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND THAT YOU HAVE TO CALL THEIR 800 NUMBER.WHAT A JOKE!!RUN RUN RUN RUN AWAY

Had a horrible experience here. Was told that I was replacing a broken phone on an edge program. After waiting two hours the salesman told me that it wouldnt go through and I owed $660 for the phone. After refusing and leaving they proceeded to use my password information to text people in my contact list telling them I needed to go back. This is such an extreme privacy violation and Im in the process of reporting it to Verizon now.
