Well, where do I start. Incompetent people running the show. First of all, they were 3 times the price of the company I usually use. They were out of 20 ft scissor lifts so I gave them a shot. They kept bloating about they are so good they are Home Depot! Blah blah blah What a bunch of incompetence going on. I ordered the lift for delivery On a Tuesday, 8am they called said they had to get the lift from some other store 20 miles away so they would be a few hours late. Then they finally call me around noon (4 hours later) telling me some guy is sick and wanting to know if I could take delivery tomorrow after I waited.. they would be there first thing in am, By 8am. I agreed well, that’s when the debacle started. The driver wasn’t able to take the lift off the truck because he said the batteries were dead and wouldn’t turn on. Then I looked and saw a big puddle of oil on the deck of his trailer dropping on the newly done concrete floor. They wanted to leave it and send someone by to repair. Knowing damn well, I don’t want that lift. The driver told me “hey, it’s heavy equipment, things like this can happen”..Needless to say. They took it back. Still tried to deliver another lift the next day. I told them don’t bother.. 3 or 4 months later my boss and I are still fighting with them to get our money back. They are crooks. I almost got fired for this! Don’t bother wasting your time!!!
