For 2 months I tried to get into my laptop. I asked a few associates (the IT GUYS AT KEISER UNIVERSITY, 1900 BLDG.), to help...due to privacy issues they couldnt help me, even though they knew how. They directed me to the computer store on Prospect Avenue aka Itsallaboutlaptops ...they were so sweet and he didnt over charge me at all, he almost made me feel like he didnt even want my money, a nice change ;)...needless to say the Keiser boys were right!Its all about Laptops...thank you!!! I have my baby back & will see you soon for my upgrade :)

Being a college student I was freaking out when my laptop decided to act up when my classes just started. I really didnt want to go through the hassle shopping around but luckily I stumbled into this computer shop and they gave me a free diagnostic which turned out to be my hard drive that was toast. But Bob managed to repair my laptop AND save all of my documents! What I liked was also the fact that Bob took the time to explain everything and gave me options on what I wanted to do. My work schedule couldnt allow me to come before they closed but they were willing to be flexible in order to get my laptop the day it was done Bein repaired. My laptop is now running smoothly and efficiently and I cant thank Bob and Mike enough for working with me and making it such a smooth process. Highly recommend! 😁

I was having an inverter problem with my Lenovo laptop. A heavily advertised shop around the corner looked at it and said it would cost over $95.00 to install if I found the part. I called Mark and he said come on over. He had an inverter in the shop and fixed it on the spot, for less ths half the price of USAs quote. Great service with realistic prices. If I could give 6 stars I would.
