I am a volunteer for Potential Church and was working out of the Hallendale Beach location until it was taken over by another church. Global Services cleaned for us for almost 3 years and always did a perfect job especially in the bathrooms. We even recommended them to the next church that took over that location and now they clean for them too. Now im back at the Cooper city location and its just as good a service there.

I keep getting phone calls every other day from a Megan on this company asking to clean my office. the phone calls dont stop after asking over and over to be taken off the calling list because I am simply not interested. its been 3 months of this nonsense . We have a busy office Megan, we dont have time to entertain you every other day. It is none of your business who we use to clean our office, but if you dont stop, I will make it my business to report you to any site that I can find. Ill also call corporates on you .PLEASE STOP!!!!!!

David called our office WEEKLY to try to sell his services, weekly we would explain were not interested and he would proceed to hang up on us. I understand its hard times now, but why would we hire a service if they dont listen to us the first time. Dont waste your time with these guys. Just reviewing other reviews this company has, it looks like this is what they do to other businesses as well.

David has called my office every week asking for me. My staff has told him over and over again that we have a cleaning service and we are not interested. He finally got a hold of me and i told him the same. We are not interested. David stop harassing people! Do you think we would ever use your company after several times calling and you wont give up. Totally rude and unprofessional!!!!!

THEY STOLE MONEY FROM OUR OFFICE IN FORT LAUDERDALE!! AFTER THEY CALLED US EVERYDAY TWICE A DAY, WE THOUGHT WE WOULD GIVE THEM A TRY. AND THE GUY ROBBED OUR OFFICE $2,000!!

If you want a Professional Cleaning Company - DO NOT HIRE GLOBAL! What a horrific experience!!! I hired them to clean a Condominium Complex - We did several walk thrus and I provided a List of Daily needs - nothing more - nothing less. We had problems from Day 3!! The Cleaner provided refused to do several required tasks on the list even though she agreed during walk thru.. Myself and the Property Manager had several conversations with Global Management about the deficiencies and the Cleaner still refused!! I was out picking up perimeter trash myself!! After seveal complaints in the 1st week, the HOA had a ZOOM meeting with Felipe, the Manager because we wanted to know why they took the job - agreed to all - and refused to do the tasks...He said I dont know why Cleaner wont do the tasks, I think she is having personal problems!!! I asked for another Cleaner - same thing - Cleaner was not cleaning. The HOA was forced to Cancel the services. Global demanded we honor the 30 Day termination Notice - we did. Then after a Holiday weekend, the Cleaner was a NO SHOW - trash flowing over - nothing cleaned or disinfected. At 1st Global said they didnt know why the Cleaner did not show up...then they said they could No longer service us...no notice...just STOPPED!!! Thankfully we immediately found a Professional Cleaning company to come in immediately. The Global Cleaner also complained to our Management Company that Global was not paying her enough!!! BUT we were paying quite a bit to GLOBAL. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, CARELESS AND UNRELIABLE. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! On the surface they appear Professional to get your business but they are Incompetent and do NOT give you Service in any regard at ALL

They keep calling our business daily to sell their services when we tell them we are not interested every time. Get a clue and stop with your sales calls!!

I hire them for cleaning my dental office, I had to call them several times because their crew was not doing a good job at cleaning the office, after a while of the Owner Omar Fernandez talking to us and seeing what the problem was, he changed the crew, they were doing a good jog, until the Cut accidentally a cable of a machine ( we have it on video)They accepted responsibility again I met with Mr Fernandez, they agreed on paying and they never did, i have called them several times and he keeps giving me excuse that he is not going to pay because I am no longer with them, I had to stop the services due to again poor cleaning, he must have send less people to clean to pay for the machine, At this point he Owes my office $900.Be careful when dealing with them, they destroy your equipment and never pay you for it

It is questionable. As far as the guy with all the calls and everything else before the 1st interview and then what is said at the interview as far as the base yes.But as far as the additional commissions or bonuses with the time delay on paying them.I will still give them a chance however they are only paying 1099 too and where said wanting everyone peruse set up themselves which does cost money and not free by any imagination of it all too.

Our company has been using Global Services for many years now. We have had the same lady come to clean for the last 6 of them. We can always depend on her to do a professional job, be friendly to everyone and have a smile on her face. I cant imagine not having her be part of our family. Global has keep our pricing at almost what we started at with minimal increases over the years. The response from the ladies in the office (Maxine, Kelly and Matilda) is quick and spot on. It is a wonderful team both on inside and out in the field.

This is the first time our company has used a commercial cleaning service. we have always used in house cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised by how professional the cleaning staff is and how well they perform their duties. We have to have them come in during the workday for security reasons and they stay out of the way, do the job, say goodbye and are gone. The office smells great, looks fantastic and shines. I recommend them 100%.

My company has been using Global Services for about 7 months now. I find that the cleaning staff is nothing but professional and willing to do that little bit extra if we ask. The office staff at Global is always so nice and pleasant when you call and if you send an email, the response time is amazingly fast. They call my office almost everyday! Today The Owner called me and, as I was trying to tell him that we already have a Cleaning Company he said All Shut up! and hang up the phone on me. If we needed a cleaning company in the future believe you would be the last one to call RUDE!!

Our company has been with Global Services for about 6 weeks now, but I can already tell that they provide excellent service. We needed them to come in without any warning because the president of our company was going to be here at 8 AM. We notified them at 4 PM the day before and our cleaners were here 2 hours later. Best Cleaning Company in South Florida!

I gave it a star because I couldnt give it a -1, this cleaning company is so unprofessional. the owner Raul nor the staff care about their customers. The owner is rude and does not care about keeping their customer satisfied. I have submitted multiples complaints because their services are so poor. Its sad that I have to post such a negative review just so others dont have to go through stress that Ive gone though.

Cleaners are efficient and very professional. They come to the office and do their work and leave it like it is a model.
